    The dealer fee is capped at $75 in NY; some dealers are skirting that rule by adding some other fee with a different name.

    In any case, the value to you is .... $0. Try to lower the selling price to offset.

    Now, your payment/upfront doesn't match the numbers. Is the dealer in NY? I'd want to see a breakdown of how everything is calculated. Seems like some padding.

    But, given the MSRP, if the actual upfront/payment hasn't changed, it's still a reasonable deal.

    MF/Res/incentives for 2021 X3 M40i 10/36 for zip 60062 AND 60610 please and thank you!!!!

    Also - I almost signed a lease last week for the above in 60062 with $63,810 MSRP for $850/mo and $1600 down. Is this fair or should I counter? I’ve seen people report they paid as low as $599/mo for the same car. No loyalty.

    The MF is marked up from .00082. RV is 53% for 36/15, and $1750 lease credit (incentive)

    I wouldn't start any lease with $5000 out of pocket - just the first payment and registration costs.

    It's just an average program, and only getting 4% off MSRP doesn't help much.

    Shoot for the base MF, and a discount of 6-8% off MSRP, before incentives.
