I noticed as of March 1, 2021 the National lease offer of the 2021 GLA increased. I’m zipcode 11581. For example, they offered $399/month with $3,600 DAS, and after March 1, it’s now $419/month with $4,600 DAS, though MSRP has not changed. Will I be able to negotiate to prices similar to before March 1st prices? Thanks

This dealer isn't taking into account the fact you live in PA. NJ collects the sales tax upfront, rather than applying it to each monthly payment But, even if you buy in NJ, your lease is taxed as though you are in PA You can expect this payment to go up, once they calculate it with PA sales tax.
This one isn't a great deal, either. Considering the MSRP is nearly $4000 less than the loaner unit, above.

I think the 39 month term might have the same residual, but not sure.
$2360 discount, but bank fee is marked up by $300 and a $600 doc fee, effectively makes your discount $1460.
Seems a little puny.
On the plus side, it appears the money factor has not been marked up.
With some competitive shopping, I'd think you could knock about $1000 off of your upfront money, with the same payment.
