The selling price is $41,850.

But, you don't have the adjusted CAP cost or the money factor used. We don't know if the MF or acquisition fee is marked up. You've been told you received tax credits, but nothing on the paperwork to verify it.

The residual is applied to the MSRP.

The dealer cannot alter the residual value; it is set by the bank.

Confirm what bank the dealer is using; our numbers come from MBFS.

Did you purchase a prepaid maintenance plan? Sometimes, they will residualize that amount (add it to the MSRP)

So on my loaner lease I just asked about they gave me a monthly payment of $549. which is $0 down on 3 yr 12,000 lease with the taxes included in the payment. Of course its all by text so these are the numbers they gave me:
MSRP $44920
final sale price $40145 (before adding taxes back in)
When I asked about any other fees was quoted $1375 estimated taxes/fees.
So when I plug all this in I get a much lower payment...? Is there something I'm missing?

IL taxes the sum of the payments and any taxable fees (doc and acquisition) and collected up front. You can pay them when you sign the paperwork or roll the amount into the selling price and make it part of the monthly payment.

Nothing wrong with negotiating at a distance, but continue to ask questions until you're satisfied with the answers and the math makes sense.
