    You are rolling nearly $2500 of negative equity into the lease. That alone adds over $70/mo. to the payment.

    It seems that some of your numbers are for a purchase, and not necessarily the lease.

    Ask for the final adjusted CAP cost, the money factor, and the amount Due at Signing.

    But, with $2500 of negative equity, I'd just keep driving your current vehicle.

    That sales tax number is for a purchase, not a lease.
    If MF they've given is accurate, it's marked up
    No mention of the acquisition fee.

    They are still mixing and matching various numbers, instead of laying out the actual lease-only numbers.
    And, their deal isn't good, even without your negative equity.
