Recently got an offer for Odyssey EX-L lease 2021
MSRP $39,580
Base Cap Cost $36,164
61% Residual 3yr/12k
MF: 0.001125
CT sales tax 6.35%
5k down plus there is current 1k incentive for current owners so equivalent to 6k down?
I am being shown payment of $345 ($325 + $20 sales tax)

For me to tie out to that number its as if my 6k down is only getting 3.3k credit towards total payments. of the 2.7k - it would include first payment $385, acquisition fee typically around $600 (need to confirm) and title, registration call it $200...thats about $1200....feels like I am missing $1500 somewhere?

and any info where EX-L model is current selling in NY/CT region?

$1000 incentive is to the dealer, and baked into any selling price the dealer gives you.

I wouldn't start a lease with $5K out of pocket - you risk losing that money if the car is stolen or totaled, and it doesn't change the total cost of the lease.

Ask for an exact accounting of the up front monies - there is likely a "conveyance fee" of $400-700 in there, as well.
