    Also Honda dealerships around my zip code are not carrying over their sale pricing to lease and seems like keeping the lease incentive to themselves (i.e. when asked about leasing the sales price stay the same including the lease incentive, regardless of how much I negotiate). I'm not sure why they are stubborn about assuming they will make the same money. At leaset this didn't happen to me the last time I leased Odyssey.

    Is that a common practice now or am I missing something?

    The incentive is to the dealer, and they do not have to disclose it, nor pass it along to the customer.

    Keep shopping around; it only takes one dealer to meet your numbers.
