    OK - I'll try to make this brief.

    My current lease is a 2018 RAV4 XLE Hybrid with a payoff of $19,594. If I purchase it I will need new tires and brakes and it doesn't have Apple CarPlay which I want.

    I am looking at this offer:

    2021 RAV4 XLE (non-hybrid), with Convenience Package, Weather Package, and Audio Plus package.
    $33,838 - $1,090.71 (discount) = $32,747.29

    The dealer is offering a $1,250 rebate which I don't understand (and other dealers can't match) and I'm unsure if it's a mistake.

    Fees - $571.97
    Taxes - $689.84

    Current lease trade-in - $20,000. I want $22,000 but perhaps that's not reasonable.
    Current lease value - ($20,000 - $19,594) = $405.77

    Net Sales Price - $32,353.33

    $2,000 downpayment - "$333 - $345" payments. This is not with TFS but a 3rd party bank.

    I'm trying to get as close to $300/mo as possible and I'm also unsure if their amount includes monthly tax.

    Have you gotten a buy bid from both Carvana and Vroom? You might be able to hit that $22K target.

    My lease is up, they are not giving anything towards my current 2018 Rav4 XLE-AWD 32K miles residual 17.3K.

    Feels like a bad deal.

    All things said, $331/mo with $375 upfront for a $33K car is not that bad of a deal.
    It was the end of the night and the sales manager left, so they did not give a final price. However, both Vroom and Carvana would give me 22.5K for my car. Just not sure of the whole process of selling them the car and looking into the process now as I have a month left.

    Trying to get the dealer to $315 12/36 (this would be our 5th lease with the same dealer)

    Hah, another dealer quoted 890/month standard rate and 790 for "special." Same msrp. This is all in Northern MD. My nissan lease included the 7200 tax credit but totota is not.

    Anyone trying to sell a leased car to Carvana... good luck trying to reach ANYONE. Anyone reading this thread, proceed with caution and something they don't tell you upfront when you enter your VIN number, you can't be within 60 days to your lease maturity date.
