Hello - Is there a point where putting MSD is useless and dealer won't allow it. For example if say MF is 0.00044 or lower and if I were to put 10 MSD this will make MF to 0.00001.... will they even allow this to happen. Is there a cut off point for MF? Thank you

There is no cutoff, but they won't take a SD that can't be utilized fully. (so, in above example, you couldn't give 7 MSDs to take it to .00001. (which is the minimum)

It is the base MF for top tier credit. The dealer is permitted to mark it up, for extra profit.

So it looks like the MF in June for other E class vehicles has dropped dramatically for example to .00073 for an E350 sedan. However, in June for the E450 all terrain wagon, it is still at the standard rate. Is this correct? Can this be negotiated?

No, that rate is the lowest rate for top tier credit. It can be marked up by the dealer, but you can't go lower.
