First, I want to thank you guys for what you do. You helped me get my 2019 e450 coupe lease and to be smart about the deal.

I’m about to turn it in in Jan 2022 so I have some questions;

1. Is the chip shortage really hurting inventory at MBZ? Lot of these sales people keep touting that line so wondering how true it is.

2. I’m looking to go AMG e53 coupe. Is the AmG models harder to negotiate or more room to work on bringing down MSRP? What do you think is avg % discount on MSRP for that model?

3. What is current Res / MF on the AMG coupe 53 (12/36) and e450 coupe RWD (12/36) for August in 90024?

4. Considering an MSRP of $81k on the e53 coupe, 5000$ down, 12/36, what’s a realistic monthly price on those leased? I had a broker offer me in June @ $1000/mo then came back this month and said it’s $1200, claimed #1 point above

1) We don't know. Drop by a dealership, or look at their on-line inventory

They do, but we don't have the residual for that term.

42 mo residual is 49%. 39 mo is likely somewhere between the two numbers, but not necessarily in the middle.
