To get that payment, $67790 has to be the adjusted CAP.

With $5387 upfront, it seems your selling price is a good deal higher than that number

= $64165 adjusted CAP

= $770/mo.

The quoted payment is using the $67,790 number you provided earlier.

If you are looking at an ad, the "dealer contribution" is just the discount from MSRP offered by the dealer.

Disposition fees are charged at lease end. Not sure of Mercedes, but likely around $595.

Thank you, it looks like residual for 36/12 on 2021 E450 AWD went from 57% in October to 58% in November. Based on the numbers you and Michael provided on this thread on the first page. This is great news, glad I waited until November for little more savings, this will bring my monthly number down by another $15-18 below compared to October.
