Im in the process of leasing an E-Class and want to pay the $1095 acquisition fee in the Drive Off fees. For some reason the dealer added the $1095 to the Gross Cap Cost, but then took it off:

Amount Due at Signing:
-Cap Cost Reduction: 1095
-Acquisition Fee: 0
Monthly Payment:
-Gross Capitalized Cost: +1095
-Capitalized Cost Reduction: -1095

instead of

Amount Due at Signing:
-Cap Cost Reduction: 0
-Acquisition Fee: 1095
Monthly Payment:
-Gross Capitalized Cost: 0
-Capitalized Cost Reduction: 0

I pointed this out to the dealer and he refused to change it. The calculated price will come out exactly the same either way, so I’m curious why they did this. Any insight?

It's because the acquisition fee is taxable, so they show your payment of it as a CAP cost reduction.
DMV charges can just be "Due at Signing", because they aren't taxable.

I was quoted this and I think the MF is way high:

MSRP $126500
Local sales tax is 7%. (Florida Palm Beach County)
15k miles 36 months
$2250 from one dealer with zero down who gave me around $7k off. Another quoted me $2500 with $2k down, nothing off of MSRP.

I feel like the monthly should be around $1800-1900 for 15/36 with zero down if I get around 7k off MSRP. If I plug their quote into a calculator, I get MF of 0.003 or higher.

My new 2021 450E AWD Sedan that I leased in October was totaled. Can you tell me the residual, MF and incentives for the same car 39/10 is for January? In October they gave me a $1000 loyalty credit is that still available? Can you compare the numbers to October?
