Hi! What is the MF and residual value for a E450 Cabriolet, rear wheel drive ZIP Code 32606, 30 months 7500 miles 33 months 7500 miles. Also the $500 dealer incentive will that be a capital cost reduction? Thank you in advance

Hi, Could you please provide current MF, residual, and incentives for 2021 E350 AWD for 10,000/36 and 7500/36? Zip code: 17050. By how much can you reduce the MF by making MSDs? Thanks!

My dealer quoted the correct MF 0.0069 for 2021 E350 AWD for 36/10 but says Mercedes has a new residual system where the residual is less by 3% for E350 AWD with MSRP over $68,600. So, for the vehicle I am considering, MSRP $75,655, residual will be 53 (56-3) and not 56 for 36/10. Could you please confirm that this is correct?

It's possible that highly optioned vehicles may be above the MRM (maximum residualized MSRP). Haven't seen that often on Mercedes, though.
Generally, it isn't a straight "less by 3%", though. If the MRM is $68,600, then $68,600 is used to calculate the residual for any MSRP greater than that. That may work out to about 3% on the vehicle you are looking at.
It makes leasing highly optioned vehicles very expensive. I'd pick a unit that is at MRM or lower.
Dang the dealer that had the car I wanted wouldn’t budge off a .00138 MF and also they indicated since the E350 RWD I wanted was over $65,600 that the residual value lost 3%-so the residual was 54%! If this is true then I don’t see doing anymore MBFS leases in the future. The car I was looking at had a sticker of $68K, I don’t consider that crazy high optioned.
Anyone else with experience on this lower residual on higher MSRP cars? There seems to be a discrepancy as to where the line is drawn. I thought the dealers couldn’t really mess with residual values so they can’t be making it up???

May I please get the MV and RV for a 350 RWD in 92103 for 7.5K and 10K miles. Are my incentives correct- $500 dealer cash and $1000 Loyalty?
36/10 .00098 and 57% $500 dealer cash
No loyalty, this month
You could be running into MRM - maximum residualized MSRP. This is a cap on the MSRP that is subject to the residual value, and cars with a sticker price beyond that limit are not residualized - meaning, you pay for 100% of that cost during the lease.

Oh totally agree. It’s just the first I’ve ever run into this and I thought a poster upstream had run into the same problem but was told the MRM was $68.8K for the same model. So the discrepancy is weird to me. I assume the MRM is set by MBFS and would be the same within the same model in this case both E350 RWD unless it’s localized like MF’s can be???

Very few Mercedes models have an MRM
But, for 2021 models, the E-Class sedans do have an MRM.
And, $65,600 is indeed the MRM for a RWD E350.
It's weird, but accurate.
The AWD model MRM is $68,600
Ahhh the RWD vs AWD difference was the distinction I missed and explains the discrepancy! Ugh this MRM is another factor to consider in the already complicated world of leasing numbers.

I added the tax to your $707 number and it comes to $754 so I am guessing that's how they got to $755 number also. Considering it is $754-755 a month and $3100 due at signing, do you think it is a good deal, discount wise, for 2021 E450 4MATIC Sedan at 10k/36? They are not budging on the Doc fee and inflated acquisition.

$9K off MSRP on a new model year seems decent.
However, push for another $1K off to offset the doc fee and the marked up acquisition fee.
Have you shopped multiple dealers? NY caps their doc fee at $75
