Monthly payment: 1991.00 after tax

Cars have been impossible to find in my neck of the woods and there are no discounts being given off MSRP

I'm close - $1784/mo plus tax. If the tax rate for you is 9.5%, then $1953/mo.

Might be a small hike to the MF, or the adjusted cap is slightly higher than the MSRP.

Dealer can mark up the MF - and, most do. Short supply puts the dealer in the position of strength.

Well, if the dealer gives free maintenances in a certain auto retailer chain like auto nation, the thing may be different

That's why you come here to find out the base rate. Without that knowledge, you wouldn't know to negotiate it.

Besides, they are also willing to pay up to 2 months monthly payment if the car comes before the end of my current lease. I'll go to sign the deal next week.
