    Thanks for staring the thread!
    Can I please get the 10k/36mo lease MF/RV for 2021 X6 xDrive40i in 11357

Question: X6's are still built in SC, right? In terms of order-to-delivery, does anyone know if production schedule is similar to X5? Thanks.

With the prices provided, I get $965/mo.

If the taxes and fees are rolled into the payment, you need to have the dealer share with you the adjusted cap cost.

  • Hello All! A question to the forum (I hope I'm not breaking any rules); Has anybody been able to get 7-10% off MSRP in SoCal? Or, anywhere for that matter??? I'm finding it hard to secure a good deal. Dealer inventory is low so I have to order the car I want. Even if BMWUSA is trying to create demand through low output, I have still read people saying they are getting 7-10% off MSRP. First time buying on the west coast so maybe my expectations are too high? Any insight would be helpful....

    $83,495 MSP
    $8,800 dealer discount
$500 lease cash, $1000 loyalty cash, both applied as cap cost reduction

    36m/10k miles

Thank you for this! Being from NYC I'm used to seeing better quotes than I'm seeing in LA. Your build is almost exactly the same as mine. Given, your deal is actually better than the quote I got from my guy in NYC but, I'm getting quotes in the $1200-1300 range. When I tell them I'm looking for a better deal one told me, "our margins are nowhere close to those numbers!" Seriously considering buying in NYC and just shipping it out here. I would make up the shipping cost within 4 months.
    Thanks again for your insight!

i'm actually taking this car to PA, which is where i spend most of the time now. all the BMW dealerships i came across around here are also giving me around $1200 per month (with tax in the payment).

this is from BMW of brooklyn. i asked for a price and they just gave me this. i didn't have to haggle. this is the 4th BMW I or someone in my family got from this dealership. never had issues.

Important to note that the taxes are being prepaid in NY, whereas in CA they are added to the payment - 9% of over $1000 is $90/mo.

Granted, that doesn't explain all the difference, but certainly some of it.

i could have put the sales tax in the payment, it would have been 960/m with about $1100 out of pocket. it's an option and i may still do so. i can change my payment arrangement on delivery.

    6.7% off MSRP
No markups or padding. (other than $300 doc fee)

New model year on a vehicle with few incentives. The math is correct.

The result is about what I would expect, given the lease program.

That's true. But, basing it on some imaginary "cost" number that they've listed on their sheet doesn't help. Shop more dealers and get competitive bids.

If that truly was their all in cost, it seems doubtful they'd sell you a $70K+ vehicle to only make $1000.
