I think Delaware taxes the full selling price, and collects it upfront. But, the rate is pretty low (4%?)

I am wondering is that what I should focused on to negotiate, and point out that the MF they provide is too high above the market?

Wow that's huge kyfdx is there a cap on what a dealer can mark up a money factor?
I would second asking and not settling for the lease be calculated using the buy rate you got from here, as long as your auto FICO warrants the highest tier. I have yet to have a dealer not let me have the buy rate after asking.
