    Hm interesting. I went into a dealership yesterday and was offered 39 months and also $1,000 in rebates. Even on their website it shows $1,000 incentive. Something must be wrong... However they did not tell me the RV and MF which is the reason why I asked here

    Negotiate your best price, and watch out for unnecessary fees and charges.

    I think you have to start with the standard MF of .00245 to use multiple security deposits.

    Question - with the high residual value, the dealer is telling me how I’ll for sure be able to sell or trade after 36 months and have equity. Any validity to this? This will be my first lease. I’m very unsure how many miles to pay for. Would it make sense to just go with the lowest and if I can trade with equity not worry about paying for more miles per month?

    For the XLE, if I subtract $2500 from the "total price", I get $438/mo.

    Confirm that the adjusted cap cost is the same as the "total price"

    Get the number of miles you think you'll need during the lease; it gets expensive if you go over.

    You may or may not have equity in 36 months - nobody can predict the future of the used car market.
