The doc fee is pure profit; are you getting this from a NY dealer, or one in NJ?

So if I buy this car after the lease ends the buyout is 28.398? If I add that up with the 14,650 in payments that seems to equal ~43K which is original sticker? Am I missing something or is it possible there is no buyout option?

Where is the dealer located?

You aren't factoring in the finance charge portion of the lease or sales tax, which is a substantial amount.
