    Here are the numbers I've got from another Toyota Dealership in my area 08234, for a 2021 Highlander XSE AWD, $541.08 x 36 Mo, 12K miles. I've got a feeling that something is against me in this math, can an expert please validate? I feel the MF used in this math has been inflated.

I have to admit that I had no idea about how to negotiate a lease, but I think now I am prepared for the future, do your due diligence, quote, compare, negociate, evaluate, put numbers together, and then sign.
