Hi Michaell. Mountain States Toyota has no D&H. Our family and friends usually get the best deals here, but not on this quote lol. They seem to be charging us by the pound on this deal ha ha. What luxury SUV’s with good 3rd row space lease well in November? Is it not wise to lease a 2020 model this late in the year?

I believe the money factor on the highlander is too high. Because the residual is high, they are making up getting extra money by the higher money factor. I think the highlander lease is not good. I would look at atlas by volkswagon , mazda CX 9, and even volvo SUV XC 60 and 90. The Kia telluride and hyandai pallisades are being sold for + MRSP.

mlevine - thank you for adding your suggestions. I will have to check those out. Michaell had a great thought before too. He suggested that we look at leasing a 2020 Acura MDX. We went and saw one and the MDX could have saved us a lot of $$, but our family members think there is little space in the 3rd row seat area for road trips when all of us are in the same vehicle. If everyone in our immediate family isn't in the same vehicle at the same time, the MDX is a great option.

Most 3rd row seats will be very tight for adults and manageable for children in mid size SUVs. I found this to be true in the highlander. If you need 3rd row then looking at big SUVs. Toyota sequoia comes to mind. The original sequoia was very popular but current one not as popular. The nissan armada and infiniti QX 80 I believe also has a 3rd row seat. I had an infiniti QX 56 which was a great vehicle. I believe may be able to work a good lease deal on these vehicles. I apologize to those ahead of time, but I am not a big fan of chevrolet, GMC, ford, and Lincoln.

No full size SUV leases that well - figure $600-700/mo as an entry point.

According to the info you provided me and seconded on RODO.com, the RV for this car is 70%; however, when going to one of Toyota’s dealers website to calculate lease payments, they use a 68% residual value. How is this possible? I was under the impression that Toyota Financial set the RV...I’m planning on stopping by a couple of dealerships on Black Friday to finalize a deal; please help! That's because I quoted the 33 month residuals, not 36.
