The bank sets the residual. And, dealer retail prices on used vehicles don't correlate with the wholesale value of a used car at lease end. Those are just asking prices

However when I ask the dealer, they told me it would be $550 per month for 36 months and include tax, title, dealer fee, etc.. My tax would be around 7%. The key phrase is participating dealers - they don't have to honor the terms of that ad.
Dealer contribution is the amount of discount from MSRP that the dealer offers - in this market, that may not be anything.
If you can get us an actual quote from the dealer, we can break it down.
