I'd like an opinion on deal quality. Dealer (85254) is offering: 2021 ES 300h MSRP: 48705 (Nav, premium pkg, etc.) Selling price: $47,500 -3700 Lease cash = $43,800 48/10k .0005 and 43% ($20,943.15) Depreciation payment: $476.18/mo + AZ tax and Finance charge All in payment w/ car, taxes, and finance charge: $549/mo. I feel like they can do better, but I'm trying to be realistic in this market (inventory issues, etc.)

(549) + Upfront taxes (on lease cash): 402 ~ Approx $3070 DAS They added the typical dealer accessories to the car: tint, nitro, data dots (anti-theft?), which brought the initial price up from MSRP to approx $49,551. They consider the discount to be 4.2% from MSRP+accessories. I see it as only 2.4% or so off MSRP, which seems light. I was targeting something closer to 4.8-5% off MSRP (then applying lease cash). Granted, inventory seems a bit low in the valley right now. I still need to check against other dealers.

I’m really confused here. Where do you (moderators) get your RV info from ?? If you look at any 3 year old ES and they range from 70-80% of the original MSRP. A 55% RV for any Lexus makes absolutely no sense !!!
