    Yea, someone here got $442 on a FWD, and I just had to fight tooth and nail to get sub $500 on an AWD lease.

    For those curious, 2021 TLX A-SPEC AWD on a 36/15: MF 0.00069 Residual: 57% My deal was $490 with first month down.

    I just got back from dealer....Youre forgetting the $2500 conquest. The residual and MF you provided are correct as thats what they provided on worksheet as well. They have tax credits and used 1.2% instead of 6.25%.

    However they were at at $459/month. I was not interested and so I said ill pass.

    It's in the thread.... +1% from the 12K residual.
    Another question...so are there a a total of three incentives?

    1. Acura to dealer - $500
    2. Loyalty - $3500
    3. College Grad - $500

    Got it, I'm sorry - that actually was a typo by me; meant to say $2500 for loyalty. But are there also two separate incentives besides the $2500? Acura to dealer $500 and College Grad $500?
