Assumes anything not listed above is paid up front - I'd ask for a breakdown of the $1000, could be that some of that is going to cap reduction.

Hello, so I got a quote from an Acura dealer for 495$ a month for a TLX aspec awd in 77094, 12k/36. Loyalty included. Msrp $47,775. They say it’s 6% off before incentives. Is this a good deal? Should I be able to get more than 6% off? Nothing down, just first month payment. Also includes tax credits I believe

That's not a bad quote for TX, with the tax credits and only first month due at signing.
