    So I went to the dealer to work out a deal but they said the residual is 59% instead of 61% on the aspec awd for 12k/36 months in 77407. Are they wrong?

    I think they may be showing you the 15K/yr numbers (which are "standard"), and not adjusting for 12K/yr

    Well they switched it back and forth between the mileages since it was preset already and automatically adjust the residual and at 10k miles it was 60% and 15k was at like 57% so yeah idk what they doing. I had what I wanted already and they said come in and talk in person and then proceeds to show me a number way over what I asked and I asked for a break down and saw the residual so I was so confused.

    I am lol. Just didn’t have the time yesterday to go and that dealer kept hitting up my phone. They were saying it’s a good [non-permissible content removed] deal but was only giving me 5500$ off after incentives including loyalty.

    1) That selling price seems awfully low. From your post it looked like you had combined $3400 of "rebates" ($1900 dealer cash, $1000 conquest, $500 college grad). If that's correct, it implies additional discount from MSRP of $4433?
    2) if that is in fact correct - great deal!, I don't know if forum allows you to disclose dealership you leased from.....if not maybe you can identify general location in NJ of the dealership.

    I'm no expert in reading these agreements....but it looks like you did get very close to what I was saying (I think). Looks like you also got credit for a trade-in of a net $464. So if I'm right you got close to $4000 discount from MSRP beyond "rebates"/trade-in. If the forum moderators see it differently, please weigh-in. too bad dealer is not in NJ!

    Yeah it was a crazy deal that no one would match. I had towards the DAS the 465 trade, 500 college grad, 1,000 conquest, and the 1,299 oop from me. The best I got was I think Montclair for NJ quotes

    36 Months Lease / 7500 Miles

    MSRP $45,025
    Rebates/Credit : $1,400
    Taxes + Fees Paid up front : $2,753

    $400 Monthly.

    No one else came close to this. Would this be considered good deal
