The adjusted cap cost is the selling price plus any taxes or fees you aren't paying up front, less any money that is a cap cost reduction.

Isn't the first payment also part of the $2300? Or is that extra?

On a 36 month lease with 10,000 miles, Im targeting to be at $310/month with no money down and nothing due at signing. This includes tax credits, and rolling all acq fees, govt, titling, etc etc all into the gross cap cost.

Is this doable? If not, what is? Appreciate the help,
