Is anyone having any luck with dealers actually giving you the base MF? I've gone to two dealers and both have presented offers with marked up MFs and have even admitted they are marked up when I politely asked for the base rate. I've also only been able to get about $2k off the sticker price. This is a very different experience than the last time I leased a Jaguar three years ago and am wondering if others are experiencing the same.
I would try to get a Chase "Private Offer" if you have any chase accounts. You can also try joining https://members.usef.org/ for $25 and possible get one through them. These "private offers" should get you 10% off, but up to the dealer to accept or not. I was able to use my chase offer without issue and actually got more than 10% off by the time we finished the numbers. Also the interest rate is so amazingly low that even a small markup should be negligible if you start at 10% off MSRP. good luck!
This is great info! Thanks so much and congrats on your deal!!
I was able to get a 10% off Jaguar Private Offer. There is a $2,325 incentive on the P340S right now. I am guessing that this 10% off will be used in lieu of that (assuming the dealer accepts it) as opposed in addition to. In your experience (and anyone else’s for that matter), how does the Private Offer typically work in combination with lease incentives?
Chase is a great benefit, however I believe it is tied to their "Private Client" program in which you have to have a minimum of $150,000 invested/managed through Chase to qualify.

I was able to get both on my deal, but as always YMMV (i.e. up to the dealer).
The latest quote I receive was for a base model F-pace I think the mark up is way high and they said they’re selling cars at MSRP bc of COVID and Chip shortage. 756.78 x 36 10K per year 4555.38 due at signing. 2504.17 tax, 399.43 plates, doc, inspection, 895 bank fee, 756.78 1st Selling price 51345.00 MSRP 51345.00, residual 57% money factor 0.00178.

Base MF is .00001; that is about as big a markup as I've seen.
Do you need a car at the moment? If not, then I'd wait.

Persistence and patience... after speaking to 5 different dealers, I am picking up my F-Pace S P340 tomorrow with a base MF of 0.00001, a Jaguar 10% off Private Offer, and the $2,325 lease incentive. I received MFs ranging up to 0.00088. My advice is to find the high volume dealers in your area, if possible. They seem to have the most flexibility and can give you a straight offer. This is true of other dealers, not just Jaguar, in my experience.
For the record, my final negotiated rate is $580/mo for 36/7,500 on MSRP of $65,440 with just taxes and fees due at signing.

How did you get the $2325 lease incentive? I thought there were no incentives this month.

It appeared on all quotes I received for the P340. I didn't have to ask for it.

.00178 MF leads me to think this was a leftover 2020 model?

Any luck with this? I am currently trying to get the 10% Chase PC PIN + other incentives ($3k on R-sport) in FL. Hope it’s successful.

Yes, the dealer accepted the 10% off and honored the $2,325 incentive! Good luck. I picked up the car today!
I’m still trying to figure out how Edmunds is telling us no incentives, but you got one for April? Maybe someone from Edmunds can chime in ? I ordered an F Pace that might arrive this month and I would like the incentive if it is official.
