So, if you are rolling the taxes into the payment, we need to know the adjusted cap cost, not the selling price.

Ask the dealer for a copy / screen shot of their lease worksheet.

$595 bank fee is mandatory - taxes should not be that much; in NY it's tax on the sum of the payments, any down payment, and the taxable fees.

250 a month for a 2022 sport civic redesigned is hard to believe. At that price point I would have taken any color. You can't find leases in the mid 200s these days and for a 2022 redesign that was a spectacular price.

If you don't need a new car I would stay far far away from leasing anything at the moment. $350 for a honda civic sport is just throwing away money. And like you said it probably wasn't a real deal which meant a couple of thousand bucks up front bringing this payment to nearly $400 a month.

Even though they are throwing you $3400 cash money for your civic it only means the new lease is going to cost many many dollars more. The new 2022 civic LX is almost 400 a month.

Extend the lease or buy it out, cheapest and most money savvy direction you can go at the moment.
