    Could I please have the incentives, money factor, sticker price, and residual value on a 2022 Honda Civic Sport?
    I'm in the market looking to lease for 24 or 36 months with 10-12k miles per year. I would like to put down the least amount possible and have been told to focus on the purchase price when negotiating the lease.. Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

    Thank you so much for the timely response. I truly appreciate your guidance. Now where is the best place to find the MSRP I should try and negotiate off of? Would you recommend going off of deals I find on Edmunds and try to get the dealer to meet me near the msrp on there?
    cause there is the msrp which is what I want to try and pay for the car... then the selling price is what they end up selling it for.. right? Again, Thank you so much for your time.

    I plugged the numbers you gave me into the calculator on lease hacker but I just need to find a msrp to go based off. I just want the standard 2022 civic lx. I see online some msrps at like 22,750

    Honda.com will have the msrp. Inventory is tight everywhere so finding a car in stock might be a challenge, let alone getting anything off on it. Not to mention markup on a Civic is tiny to begin with. We tend to sell for MSRP, maybe we'll throw in a set of all weather mats if its a repeat customer. Good luck.
