Dealer is marking up the MF for extra profit.

Acquisition fee is correct, but I thought the NY dealer fee was capped at $75. Could have changed, however.

I see. Thanks. So, is it as simple as telling the dealer you want to pay the money factor that BMW finance is quoting and don’t want to pay the dealer marked up rate?

That's just it. BMWFS isn't quoting YOU a money factor. But, you just tell them you want the base rate.
