Does it being CPO change the incentive? I’m told it’s VIN specific if they’ll allow it to be leased and the incentive is $5900

It could. They can't short you on the incentive, in any event. It's BMW to customer

I contacted the dealer to negotiate. Telling me it’s .00151 for VIN WB533CF07PCM67112 and it’s $5900. Can’t figure out if they’re being sneaky.

The correct MF is indeed .00111 MF
BMW dealers can mark it up by .00040 for extra profit.

As noted, we don't know how loaner/demo status affects residuals/incentives
