So, the total fees are just over $2600. Subtracting out the first payment from the $2000 up front leaves around $700 to cover those fees; the remaining $1900 gets added to the sale price.

That bumps the payment another $60 or so, but there is certainly an increase to the MF to .00165, which takes my rough calculation to $1283/mo.

Ask them to give you the exact adjusted cap cost, and how they arrived at that number.

Unfortunately all dealers around my area are Inflating their lease prices by good amount. Do you know any BMW dealership anywhere in US where they offer a reasonable lease price.
