I asked the Sales Manager, my sales person, and the Finance Manager. They all said it’s an Acura corporate policy. But it’s still odd to me if you guys haven’t heard of this rule. I trust the transparency here more than I do someone making sure I sign a dotted line.

We don't sell cars. If the dealer says you can't do it, then it's likely true.

I get close to $800/mo with those prices.

Seems to be a reasonable quote. Anytime you pay over MSRP, it's going to result in a poor lease payment.

The dealership finally received the correct MDX spec for us that we ordered in May, we take delivery on Monday. Can I have the MF, RV and loyalty cash for a '23 MDX Advance for 10/36 in 40223 to make sure I have the most up to date rates for the final deal?

Since they ordered us the wrong spec originally they "made it right" by honoring the $650/mo price they gave us for the '22 Advance, with a trade in net of $11,207 and a selling price of $63,773 for the '23. Tax included in monthly price.

FICO score of 710+ for the top rate.

If you qualify to lease at a lower tier, the only step up is to .00248 MF

The Acura lease programs will change on November 1st, so any information we give you today may be obsolete on Tuesday.
