    Thank you, sorry for chiming in on this again but I am having trouble coming to my dealers monthly payment and wondering if I am missing anything.

    With the above deal.

    If selling price is 38,691 and residual is 29,397 that would be a lease amount of 13,979 over 39 months at a .0022 MF. When I calculate that I am getting $386 a month not $463. Any idea what I might be missing?

    You need the adjusted CAP cost from the dealer, and an itemization of your $4000 DAS.
