Yes, but not the way you think.

The dealer cash is reflected in the selling price - for example, if the MSRP is $42,000, and the dealer offers you $37,000, then you're missing out on the last $1500. Negotiate your selling price with this in mind.

The lease cash is a customer incentive, and will show up on the contract as a down payment ("cap cost reduction")

Other than "ETCH", those numbers look okay.

Relative to MSRP, the lease payment isn't bad. With all of the other EVs sitting around, you'd have to really want this vehicle.

The payment will go up slightly for 15K miles; just tell the dealer what you want and they'll generate a new quote for you.

15K/yr will reduce the residual by 2%.

This adds $831 to depreciation portion of the lease payment

$831/24 = $35/month higher. Plus tax, so probably $39/mo?

That's about 14 cents/mile for the extra 6000 miles. Think hard about if you really need that many miles. Might be more cost effective to just pay for overage, if you think you might only drive 13K-14K per year.

Yes, you get $10,500 + $7500, as far as we can tell. But, the dealer loses the VW to dealer cash, so the discount might be less. (which is pretty much exactly what I said in the previous reply)
