I don't know.. you would think so. The one-pay reduction is .00050 on a 24 month lease

No, not saying that 36 months will necessarily be better (it might be). Just that it's relatively expensive to go from 12K/yr to 15K/yr on a 24 month lease. And, since you asked for both numbers, you should be cognizant of that. If you are only going to use half of the extra miles, you might be better off taking the mileage penalty at the end of the lease

When you buy a car, the federal tax incentive is between you and the IRS. That’s why I stated “possible”. I can’t tell you if any specific unit meets the qualifications, or if your income level might restrict the tax credit.
On a lease, the leasing bank gets the tax credit. They can then choose to pass it on to you as a rebate (or not). Since the bank owns the car, it’s a commercial vehicle and not a personal vehicle. Ergo, the tax credit rules are different.
