"Decent" and "Land Rover lease programs" rarely show up in the same sentence.

If they do, it's at the very end of the model year (aka, decent programs now on the 2024 models).

What is your location?

I would not, under any circumstances, put 5 figures down on a lease - that money would be lost if the car was stolen or totaled during the lease.

I will also guess (based on past history) that there is a large markup to the MF.

No discount from sticker? Given that it's a 2025, I can't say I'm surprised by that. The $2500 incentive is the loyalty rebate.

I would like to know the breakdown of the "estimated fees" of $22xx - likely the DMV fees and the lease acquisition fee, but please confirm.

If I assume the following:
* Pay the fees up front
* Use the base MF and residual
* Use just the $2500 discount from MSRP as the cap cost

Then the payment is $965/mo, plus tax.

Yes, the MF isn't great. And it's a very good point, that $10K is a lot for downpayment on a lease.
However, they made a mistake in the lease agreement and they need me to resign it. I was able to negotiate a check for 3 lease payments should I resign it.
