I think you got a good deal. Congratulation.
Is this Out of The Door price ?
It's a really good deal.
Limited AWD XLE with HO package in NJ?
Is $570 for 12K 36 month with 1K down a good deal?
I'd love to hear what others have paid for these models.
Thanks in advance,
Bec
2006 Toyota Sienna LE 7-Passenger
LE Package #4 (Mfr Code BZ)
Carpeted floor mats / Sill protectors
$25,784 out the door (includes all doc fees, 5% sales tax, and $750 NW Toyota dealer rebate).
This was around 31st Dec.2005 but I did not like color Deep Blue color so asked to give at $32 to 33,000 price.
What would be the right price expect to pay???
Please friends give me your honest opinion or expert advice about buying FWD vs AWD.
Please also let me know how much to pay for either with DVD and NAVI option and Floor Mets.
Thanks :surprise: ">
I don't know if they have any new LE 7 2005's in stock. They did have 2005 XLE's that were maxed out with options. Can't speak for the integrity of the used car sales department. Reference negotiations, do most of it on-line. Let Edmunds.com send out the request for bids in the local area. Use the Edmunds True Market Value index to see where they are sitting reference a good deal. Tell the high bidders that you have a lower price. See if they will come down. Don't reveal the lowest price. Print of the lowest offer as well as documentation in on the cars you want. Study it. Put it in a nice folder, and go in looking like smart shopper. You can probably get them to come down about $300-500 on the qouted price. You don't have to meet with the internet salesman, you can meet with the floor salesman, but don't come out directly with printed quote. Best time to buy is at the end of the month when they are trying to move them off the lot, so they don't get taxed and their sales numbers go up. Also, go in towards closing. Most of them have families too, so they want to get home. They are less likely to play games. Good luck and have fun. Remember, you have the power. They don't. You can simply turn around and walk out. Have fun with it.

New to this board and on the market for a sienna ce 7 passenger with pkg option #1
I have an offer (in Boston) for $20,868 that includes destination charges (plus 5% tax, tags, ins and doc fees) any comments on this price?
I'm in correspondence with them now and trying to make sure I get the same deal. I am looking for the exact same package. I got quoted $24,554 at Carmax in DC. Very nice, but obviously a little higher. Still, much better than ANYTHING being offered in NC.
Thanks!

Thank you for the helpful information. I know what I want and the most that I'll pay with the researched info. There's power in that and that I can leave if they start playing games. I'll post what I get later in the month-thanks!

From your experience how much luck will I have asking the dealer for this price or even under this price?
Thanks...
Thanks
Castle Toyota in Baltimore has a #3 for $23,369 with college grad rebate.
Leesburg Toyota in Leesburg, VA has #3's for $26,999
Fitzgerald has them in the $23,900-$24,000 range
Darcars has the Package #3 for $24,302
Koons Toyota has them in the $24,000 range
I only found 1 Package #4 for $24,500 not too many of them around...
Anyone who has had good/bad experiences with any of these dealerships please let me know. My wife and I are in WV, where the dealerships here are going for FULL MSRP...wouldn't budge much so we're going to fly into MD probably to pick our van up and drive it home...
The salesman was pretty snotty (at Love Toyota) stating they've always sold most Toyota's at MSRP. I'll let them rip someone else off.
We were lucky to have the closest Toyota dealership have the exact vehicle we wanted with a fair discount with no haggle.
Arrogant Honda dealers that wanted $ 500 NON-refundable deposit just to get on their waiting list for an Odyssey contributed to our purchase of a 2006 Sienna LE.
From what I've seen on here and looking around the internet, it's looking as though the DC area is much more competitive - no idea why.
Check out Fitzgerald Auto Mall in Gaithersburg and Darcars Toyota for some pricing ideas.
Once I pin it down and figure out the financing, I'll probably just hit up a few local dealers (Morristown, Wayne, Parsippany,...) and let them have at it.
Good luck
I just found a 2006 XLE w/ Package #6 with an internet price of $29,775 + $99 Processing Charge
I also found a 2006 XLE w/ Package #5 for $28,736 + $100 Processing Charge
Fitzgerald and Darcars from previous post
Me and my wife test drove the Sienna XLE AWD this weekend at the Toyota dealer in Randolph. The showroom cracked me up due to the fact that the sales people (AKA, sharks) were playing cards and waiting for "feeding fish" to walk in the door. While we did find a pleasant sales person there I said point-blank what is your best and final. He would only go $1000 off of MSRP. I really don't understand the game of having to go back and forth to the "manager?"
So, I simply went to CarsDirect.com and called the dealers on the list (my wife wanted 'Nautical Blue' only, so I was even limited to a subset of cars). Long story short, I found the car for Invoice + $400 - $750 rebate. I just asked for the Internet Sales Manager; all over the phone. Nice and simple!
I found the dealers in the Morris County area to be less flexible than other areas such as Jersey City.
Good luck!
It was on 12/31/05.
I just looked up LE #3 @ DARCARS Frederick (Stock Number: 611013 VIN: 5TDZA23C66S397242) for 24121. They also have "MID-WINTER INTERNET CELEBRATION" discount of 250. Making it: 23871.
However, I just saw a post for LE #3 @ Castle Toyota in Baltimore for 23369.

St. Charles Toyota is located at about 40minutes from the airport. Also they gave me all weather mats for free.
Randolph is right up the street for me - in fact, that's where I bought my Accord earlier this/last year.
The internet is making this child's play in getting the best prices.
I think I'm going to retrench and go with the LE... I like the idea of the AWD but not the tires that come with the vehicle... I'm probably being anal...
Best of luck with it! I'll give you a call when we get stuck on the hill in month or so
they just did not have the color (slate) of my wife's choice. Fitzgerald has $750 cash back currently, but your price is excellent....
Anyone ever bought from Darcars? Just wondering what type of purchasing experience some people have had..I know they also have a lot called 355 cars...
I got very good bids from a few dealers. 500 below invoice NOT including the rebate
MSRP 27864
dealer invoice 25332
my price 25332 - 500 = 24832
rebate = - 750
my total approx = 24100K + TTL
Palo Alto toyota fleet dept gave me the best quote intially. Fremont toyota and Tracy toyota matched it. I would recommend Tracy Toyota (fleet dept). If you want the names email me. Fremont toyota adds the Phantom etching on every car they sell (adding $200).
Other offered 100-200 below invoice when sent email for the quotes.
Anyone know the seat width (2nd row of seats) for a 7 pass and an 8 pass? here in WV I don't have a dealer that has an 8 pass in stock...yet it offers the best flexibility for our 6 month old son...BUT I don't want to sacrifice too much space for the 2nd row of seats..
Most junk items included and those are
Win tint
Stipes
Winitch
Sealent
Door edge Guard.
Color - most selling one and I wanted
Only one stop shopping.
I just purchased the 2006 Sienna XLE Limited AWD with Package #2 and option CF for $39K (before Jan Rebate) in Northern New Jersey. I did get an offer for $300 less, but I would have to travel a couple hours, so just did it locally.
Thanks.
In MA I found a couple of dealers willing to sell for about $500 over invoice BEFORE any discounts, trades, rebates, etc.

According to the brochure, pkg 8 on the XLE AWD has:
leather, heated seats, 17" wheels, stability and traction control, rear disc brakes, wiper de-icer grid, daytime running lights, moonroof, heated mirrors with turn signals, memory driver seat, JBL synthesis stereo, DVD nav system, rear entertainment DVD, 115 v outlets, two headphones.
Maybe this package is the same as the Limited Edition? Thanks for any help because I'm totally confused and the dealer doesn't seem to know either. Thanks.
In the Denver Region, there is NO XLE with AWD option and NO Limited without AWD although the 2006 Sienna brochure shows also an XLE AWD and a Limited without AWD. :confuse:
Sienna models and options vary from sales region to sales region. Lucky for me that Toyota has a 7 passenger Sienna LE with LE Package # 2 and carpeted floor mats available in the Denver Region.
I LOVE the touring package. :shades:
