I am looking for LX 4 Cyl Manual..Thanks
Gwinnett sells LOTS of Hondas and we have bought 2 from them and they do understand that volume = profits but they also understand that the most serious buyers are in person. We got a straight invoice deal on a 2004 EX-L while receiving KBB excellent trade for my other Accord. Went in for the Element and after driving the Accord/Element and negotiating for the Accord we were still out of there in less than 4 hours.
Besides, have you ever seen Gwinnett Place? They are friggin HUGE. They are doing something right.
go77306: It could be shipping that is showing up on the other Carfax. Why not run a complete Carfax to find out for sure? Also, if she picked up her paperwork already maybe the dealer has already sent the car off to be titled therefore creating a history record.
Walnut Creek: $22.7
Fairfield: $22.6
Concord: $22.8
Carsdirect: $22.7
Thanks!
thanks
You can't special order Accords. Your best shot is pleaing with people on here to keep an eye out for what you want and checking dealer inventory either on-line or over the phone.
We bought the Gray EX-V6. I made a few passes by the TV area to catch the score myself. I'm still amazed at how painless the buying process was. I know where I will go by buy my S2000 if my wife ever lets me!
gatrhumpy: great info-thanks to you as well. Hey, after all your help I don't need the car buying tips website. Or do I?
one dealer said they located an 03 in Oregon, is there a web site one can view the inventory in Oregon?

Be sure to enter the entire URL.
Note that the invoice price in California and a few other states is $150 more than the invoice price shown on the above web site to pay for PZEV emission control which makes the '04 model a "Partial Zero Emissions Vehicle"--the exhaust is supposed to be cleaner than the incoming air (don't continuously inhale what comes from the tail pipe, though!).
My 2004 EX-L 4 cyl. automatic at $22.7 including destination but not tax and license and with an out-the-door price of $24,876--looks very good--less than $250 over invoice. There must be other incentives or kickbacks the factory gives the dealer for selling cars to especially smart, handsome, and witty people. Trouble is, I've seen a few deals posted here that were several hundred dollars better than my deal! Anyway, I hope the invoice list helps you buy a great car.
I'd like to get the best price without a lot of haggling. I plan to purchase a fully loaded 2004 4 door sedan V6 Accord w/ Navi.
We are shopping for an '04 EX-V6 w/o Navi...Obtained an "authorization number" from the auto program, received a referral and a subsequent call from a dealer...We were told the auto program gives us $100 off MSRP...Ironic twist: this dealer Costco referred us to was one that we visited over the weekend, and their price for said vehicle was marked up over $2700 above MSRP...Needless to say, we won't be buying from this dealership, as they were not willing to negotiate.
The vehicle: a 2004 EX-V6 Sedan without navigation.
The Costco program apparently requires that you speak with an Authorized Costco Auto Program contact, and that you make an appointment to meet with the contact at the designated dealership...You cannot get a quote over the phone. Anyway, it is possible that the Auto Program terms for a specific vehicle vary from region to region.
Here's what he quoted:
EX-L 4 cyl: $22K
EX V6: $24K
Note: I forgot to ask if price included the destination charge.
Given our experience with a local Western Washington dealership referred to us by the Costco auto program (see message #2667), we queried the program directly to see if the kind of discount offered to us was typical in our area for the EX-V6 Sedan...apparently it is not. The member advocate I spoke with out of San Diego said the Costco price should have been $1000 over invoice, not $100 under MSRP as we were quoted. A side note: another local dealer would have been happy to sell us a car for $1000 over invoice without any discount program in effect.
I bought a 2003 Accord EX-V6 for $23,200 before title, taxes and options.
Gray was one of our top choices but after trading a black Accord I just wanted something lighter that would hide dirt. I am happy with the silver but gray or blue would have been nice as well.
Looking to pick up an '04 accord coupe. My question is, how are the taxes calculated when you trade something in? Do you get taxed for the entire purchase price or puchase price minus trade in? Any help is appreciated. Thanks..
