Yep, it's a 1987 Ferrari 328 GTS, the successor to Magnum PI's 308 from the early 80s. I had a ride in one of these once, pretty neat car (and a lot better looking in black than the white shown).
karman Ghia next to a '65(?) Chevelle and a '67 Impala. I think tha ambulance is a Chevy or GMC cabover.
That's a Karmann Ghia, but that's a '63 Pontiac Grand Prix next to it, and a '65 or '66 (I can't tell if there's a side molding or not) Chevy Impala next to the Grand Prix.

Actually this photo was taken at the end of the tailfin era. The newest cars are the white '62 Ford Galaxie (the guy has a had on the fender) and the Buick Skylark next to it which is a '61 or '62 (IIRC). The blue/white wagon is a '61 Chevy, everything else is from the 1950s.
You can't make out the rear window. The only other car I can think of that has a C Pillar treatment something like that is some of the Ford and Mercury intermediates. But looking at the vent window glass, I'm pretty sure you're right.
Not sure about the gas cap (although it IS nice), but this '68 Barracuda appears to have the 'Formula S' package as indicated by the 'S' badge under the Barracuda side nameplate. (of course the wheels are definitely not stock).
Back in the day a friend had a '68 'cuda convertible with a 318 and no special package, but his had the same nice gas cap!
I never thought the 59 Ranchero pulled it off as well as it's predecessors. I think the back light and all looked a bit too abrupt. I think 59 was the first year of the full sized Chevy El Camino?
My first thought was a Riley, but I don't think that is correct. The trim and wheels looks more MG Magnette from mid to late 1950s. I think the amber indicators may not be original.
Ah yes - This is a Magnette - but the identifying bits of chrome that would distinguish a ZA from a ZB are missing from the front wings. My ZA has chrome from thefront doors down in a curve over the front wings to the bumpers, while a ZB had a simpler straight flash from the door to a point below the wing mirrors. This is quite common - oftern the chrome got damaged, and when cars were resprayed or repaired after accidents it got taken off anyway. My guess is a ZA though although I'm not sure why...
The Varitone version of the ZB didn't have either wing flash, but that had a chrome trim along the car below the windows - about three inches below the door handles where the car bulges out - it seperated the two-tone colour scheme (although not all Varitones were two-tone). This isn't one of those though if it doesn't have the larged back window.
The amber flashers are an add-on, as the original trafficators are still visible on the door pillars. Car has been re-registered - that number series wasn't issued in period, but is a spare series used for restored cars etc needing a new number.
Reminds me of my next door neighbors Baracuda back in the 80s & my brother giving them a hard time about the wife having an old car. (Hubby had a brand new Porche). Now we laugh as adults cause we realize it was a classic and not just an old car!
Closest car appears to be a 1966 Buick LeSabre. The brown and white car is a 1975 Chevrolet Chevelle.
In the background: I see a 1964 Chevrolet, 1962-63 Chevrolet Chevy II, 1969 Ford Custom 500, Audi Fox, 1973 or 1974 Oldsmobile Omega, 1975 Chervrolet full-size wagon, a GM Colonnade sedan next to it.
Furthest back: Gold 1971-72 Pontiac Grand Prix, 1975 Ford Torino, what may be a blue 1968 or 1969 Buick LeSabre.

Odie
My brother is in Bennington VT this week, and has been over to Hemmings.
No idea on the maroon car in the background.
As for the location: Atlantic City NJ?

And beside the Buick, I will guess a 55-56 Packard 400 coupe.
I think the 58 Chevy coupe may be a Bel-Air with some kind of 57/58 Mopar wagon on the left side.

Possibly a pre war Volvo, something like a PV51. Wheels look slightly too large for the body which was a good idea for less developed road networks.

Imcdb.com says it is a 1957 MG Magnette ZB from the TV series Call The Midwife.
