    With following packages:

    • P1
    • SPORT PACKAGE
    • LANE TRACKING PACKAGE

      Sticker Price --> $61,910.00

      Options added 2 yrs Service --> $729.00

      Total Car Cost --> $62,639.00

      Residual percentage --> 69%

      Residual value --> $43,220.91

      Negotiated Cost (Cap Cost) --> $53,181.67

      Rolled in # 1 (Service) --> $1,029.00

      Rolled in # 2 (Taxes) --> $1,335.29 (Long Island, NY)

      Total --> $55,545.96

      Months Lease --> 27

      Depreciation over 27 months --> $12,325.05

      Monthly depreciation payment --> $456.48

      CC + Residual --> $98,766.87

      Money factor --> 0.00120

      Money factor payment --> $118.52

      Lease payment --> $575.00

      Drive Off : $1,819.79

      1st month $575.00

      DMV fee $60.00

      Smog Fee $10.00

      Tree Fee $12.50

      Bank fee $990 * 8.625 % = 1,080.82

      Doc Fee $60 * 8.625% = 81.47

      I feel the dealer should be adding the $1029 of 2 yrs service with sticker price and $729 residual percentage to Negotiated Cost... please let me know if I am wrong here...

      Thanks for all your help.

    Hello. I am also shopping for an E class on Long Island - 27 months - 10K miles. Is the money factor/residual 0.00120/69% as stated above? Is that with autopay? Elsewhere it shows a money factor of 0.00138. I wanted to be sure - deciding between an E350 or an E550.

    Thank you.

    Sorry for late response.
    The dealer was giving me 69% because I was doing 7,500 miles a year and autopay.
    My deal fell through because he could not explain why his maintenance numbers were off.

    Still looking around...

    No problem, thanks for sharing. My deal fell through also. Before we could finalize, someone walked in and bought the one I was going to buy. I've leased many cars and a few Mercedes. The problem I had when shopping for a Mercedes is that it is usually a battle between someone like me looking for a reasonable deal, vs. rich folks that aren't as concerned with the price stealing it from me :) This was on highly optioned ($70K MSRP) E350.

    Could you please tell me the Residual and MF for E350 Sedan for 10K/12K 27 and 36 Months Please. The MSRP configured is $58,100. What are the current incentives that I could ask the dealer to reduce the price. What is a good ball park dollar price for a zero down and regular monthly payments. Can I do multiple security deposits on any money factor? What is autopay (Is it a regular Autopay setup by my bank to make monthly payments) will that bring down my money factor? Is the dealer truly making profit only on the money factor value or is there anything more too it. This is in Houston. If you could send me some numbers I can quote the same to the dealer. Any extra discounts for Memorial Day?

    .00136 MF and 67% and 59% residual for 27mo, 12K/yr and 36mo, 12K/yr. Add 1% for 10K/yr

    I've heard different stories about MSDs at Mercedes. Some say they've done it on subvented money factors and others said only on the standard MF. AutoPay is setup by Mercedes Finance to take payments out of any bank account you choose. If you sign up for it, it reduces the money factor by .00010

    I'm not sure what you mean by the dealer's profit on the money factor. If they give you the base money factor, they get a minimum commission from the bank for writing the lease, just like if they provided financing for a loan. If they mark up the money factor, they can get a lot more. Of course, they profit on selling the car to the bank, as well.

    Are they any dealer or manufactures incentives this month that I could ask of? Since I am leasing in Texas can I ask for tax credit as I need to pay sales tax on the entire car. Unlike other brands MB dealers can charge higher MF then standard even for Tier 1 customers? Is 27 Month on a E350 as well.

    Looking for some help! I am in NY and my MB lease from 2012 is coming up at the end of October. MB contacted me about their Lease Pull Ahead Program where they will take care of my remaining payments and get me into a new vehicle. I stopped by the dealership and am now looking at the E350 Sport 4MATIC (E350W4). MSRP is $62,405 (includes $925 destination & delivery). Sell price is $56,493. MF is .00160. Term is 27 months and 10K per year. They said if I put $4,000 down my payment would be $694/mo. Is this a good deal? Seems like a high monthly payment and a lot of money to put down. This was the first meeting I had there. What should I negotiate/ask for when I go back? Any feedback is appreciated!

    The base MF is .00130 this month, so your dealer is marking that up on you.

    I would recommend against putting any money down to reduce the cap cost - if the car is stolen or totaled, you are out that money. Instead, look into using that cash to make multiple security deposits to lower the MF.

    You might be able to negotiate a lower selling price - folks here have been able to get quite a bit off MSRP. Check the E-class prices paid discussion.

    Looking to lease a 2014 E550 Convertible for 36 months at 15K miles per year down here in central Florida. I'm getting quoted a MSRP of $76920, Sell Price of $72304, $5000 down, MF of .00210 and residual of $40761. MF seems a bit high and residual a bit low. What do you think I can bargain for. Thanks

    The MF falls in the range of "standard" for MB and the residual is 53%. I suspect the limited availability of the 550 makes them less likely for dealers to negotiate.

    What model/engine? If this is an E350, the MSRP seems pretty low...what features does it have? Is maintenance included? I think you should be able to get that price down closer to $600. Give us the details (money factor, residual being used) and any other costs dealer is rolling into the deal.

    I choose E350 Sports Sedan $51,900 with Premium 1 Package $3870,Performance and Safety $1290, 2Years Maintenance $729, Transportation at $925. 0.00126 MF, 67 Residual. Inception cost is included at $1020 which he said was marked up to make some profit over standard offer. In Texas sales tax is at 6.5% of the total Vehicle Cost $52685. I'm new to Leasing so have been reading up on all the forums, I started trying to get quotes from dealers in my area (Chandler, AZ) but its been difficult...

    I sent several dealers in my area an email (as described in several of the forums here) requesting bids, but I've been having a heck of a time getting them to give me offer. Several did not even respond, then ones that did say "bring me your best offer from another dealership and I'll beat it by $500"

    I got the "beat it by $500" from 3 dealers so far, must be a magic number!

    So far I've only gotten one of them to give me an "offer."

    I asked for a quote and said my basic parameters are:
    2014 E350 w/ P1 and Keyless GO
    27 Months and 10k/year

    All he wrote was:

    "For a 58,000 car" <-yes, this what he wrote
    $489 per month plus tax,
    $4,000 total down only, after all fees,
    On Approved Credit.

    I then told him i did not want to put down $4,000 and he told me my payment would then be $649/month plus tax ($699)

    We went back and forth several times via email, I asked for a quote on a specific car, kept asking for residual value, MSRP, MF, etc and he kept responding to me telling he already gave me a quote and to bring my best quote from another dealer and he'll beat it.

    • What should me next step be? How do I get quotes???
    • What items am I able to negotiate besides MSRP? Residual? MF?
    • I have a 710 credit score, what MF can I expect?
    • What are some tricks to get the pricing down?
    • How do I get them to add incentives
    • I currently own a 2007 E350 (that I plan on selling Private), it was not a Lease. Would this qualify me for any MB Incentive?

    Any help on this would be fantastic!

    For a 2014 E350 with an MSRP of $56,700.

    $579/mo.+tax with $4873 due at signing (1st payment, acq.fee, $3500 downpayment)

    $713/mo.+tax with $1508 due at signing (1st payment, acq.fee, no downpayment)

    $743/mo.+tax = Sign and Drive.. $0 due at signing.

    All of those examples assume a dealer discount of about $2300 from MSRP. On the sign/drive, the dealer also has to contribute the 1st payment.

    If you page back, you'll see that a lot of members are getting a better price than this.. In fact, your initial "quote" was better than the advertised deal. How do you get your dealer to operate the way you want him to? That's hard to say.. Sometimes, it takes a trip to the dealer with a spreadsheet on your laptop, and ask him to walk you through the whole deal. Then be prepared to make an offer that makes sense to you.. You know, checkbook in hand.

    asudevilboy80 Here's what I'd do....

    For a $60K E350, I would tell the dealer I wanted mercedes scheduled maintenance included and I will pay the first month's payment plus any registration or legal fees required. All other fees are rolled into the lease...including origination fee, acquisition fee, dealer admin fee. Tell them the number they have to get to is $600 a month plus tax for a 27 month lease and you're ready to sign the deal today. If they say it can't be done, thank them, be friendly, tell them if they change their mind, give you a call and start to walk to the door. I don't know the current incentives...$600 may be a bit high.

    I'm paying $590 a month on a $63000 e350 on a 12K 27 mo lease which includes 6.5% tax. Their first offer was close to $750 a month.

    Re: E350 4matic,36mo/20k year. Went to a NY dealership last night, crunched figures. MF & resid all correct per previous postings. With resid at 52%, dealer spreadsheet added another $3000 to cover the 15k extra miles @ .20. Isn't the resid at 52% already includes the additional miles? Seems like a double-dip. Also...there is a "cap fees" figure of approx $584, included as a line item. Seems to be a percentage of something. Not sure what this is for and how it's calculated. MSRP of vehicle was $61,040. Any info yet on June MF & incentives? Thanks
    Thanks. -

    Residual values assume 15K miles per year ... you have to pay for extra miles up front, as the dealer set up for you. Actually, the dealer should have "subtracted" $3000 from the calculated residual value ($61,040 * .52) - 3000 should be your residual value upon which the payment is based.

    We are hoping the June numbers will be available to us very soon.

    Ok, but isn't 36mo/15k resid @ 57% and adding/buying the extra 15k mile would make it 52%? Dealer did $61040x52=$31740 and then deducted the $3000. I think the extra 15k miles got hit twice...?? What about the $584 "cap fees". What is this and how is it calculated? Ok...will wait for June figures. Thanks

    Perhaps the E350S4 (station wagon) will have more favorable lease numbers in June. When the residual and money factor information is available, might you be able to post them. Thanks.

    The residual for 36mo, 15K/yr is 57%, so they shouldn't be starting with 52%, then deducting for mileage.. CAP fees are probably title and registration.

    .00130 MF and 57% for 36mo, 15K/yr.
