Looking for the JULY Money Factor and Residual Rate on a 36 month / 12,000 miles per yr lease. The vehicle I'm looking at is a Q5 with Premium Plus. I've been quoted MF .00152 and RF of 57%. THANKS!

THANKS KYFDX! The Q5 premium Plus I'm negotiating on is a 2015.....MF .00152 & LEASE end residual 57%. Dealer claims it's the lowest Audi offers on this vehicle. Can anyone confirm?

Yes.. for the 2015, it's .00152 MF and 57% for 36mo, 12K/yr, assuming 2.0T Quattro model.

got quote for 2015 q5 premium plus 2.0 lease , with nav,sunroof,rear camera,heated seats,keyless entry, 12k miles/36months for $630/month including tax,$2000. out of pocket,
is this a good deal? live in philadelphia, with lease tax of 10%

.00152 MF and 57% residual for that model/term.

Assuming that the $2000 OOP goes to 1st payment, title/registration and acquisition fee, then the pre-tax payment is $572. That gives a selling price of $42,200, or about 5% off MSRP. The best deals we see are about 6% off before available incentives, but since this is a new model with no incentives, it looks like a fair deal to me. Another $500 off would lower the payment by $15/mo, pre tax.

is money factor and resdiual the same for 2014 q5 premium plus. invoice is $43100 on this car, can i use/base invoice for calculating lease payments or should i use MSRP of $44400?

I don't know if I could describe a $615/mo. payment for any $45K vehicle as a great deal, but it's probably as good as you are going to get on an Audi Q5

I don't have the incentive information... that might have to come from your dealer, if Edmunds doesn't show it.

$3000.01 out of Pocket, (2000.01 down, + $1000.00 audi loyality cash back)
total sales price was $44372.51
$580.27 month + $52.27/month (.09% lease tax in pa)= $633.month payement

That looks like a really strong deal. That is the base money factor and correct residual. And, almost 9% off MSRP. My calculations show a payment about $9/mo. less than your quote, but at that price, that is a minor quibble.

TDI (diesel) Premium Plus is 60% residual for 36mo, 12K/yr

SQ5 3.0T Premium Plus is 60% residual for 36mo, 12K/yr.

Nope ... base MF is .00143 for lease terms of up to 36 months, and .00163 for anything longer.

Hi, I am in Jersey City, NJ. I was quoted
468 $ / month with 5000 down
534 $ / month with 3300 down

for 2015 Audi Q5 2.0T with MSRP 44000 $. They said it had a residual of 59 %.

Can someone pls tell me if this is a decent deal. I was quoted this yesterday July 30th. Should this be negotiable further ?

This is for 10K miles/yr

It's hard to evaluate this deal. We would need to know the selling price, lease term and trim level (Premium, Premium Plus or Prestige).

We recommend not making any sort of down payment on a lease - if the vehicle is stolen or totaled, you would be out that money.

I'm confused ... is the MSRP $44,000 or is it the selling price? We would need both numbers in order to review the deal.

I am looking to lease a 2015 Q5 with a sticker price of $47,605 including destination charge. I'm in VA. What should the lease payment be for a 36 month lease and 15K miles per year with no money out of pocket. Are there incentives from Audi if you are turning in a maturing Audi lease? Many thanks

.00152 MF and 58% residual.

7% off on a new 2015 Audi is very good.

Which engine/trim line? To calculate a payment, need to know proposed selling price.
