Created an account cause these threads helped me a bunch:

Just leased a 2015 Honda Civic LX Manual Transmission 24/12k at $16,400.
MSRP = 19,310
Money Factor = .00041
2 year RV = 66%
3 year RV = 60%

Title + Doc + Acquisition Fees = ~$1100
Utilized $900 dealer cash and $500 Honda Grad Program

No down, no first month payment, 23 payments for 24 mo at ~$213, with a $350 turn-in fee.
I believe 36/12k not changing anything else would be about $180/mo for 35 mo.

Though keep in mind I probably could have pushed the cap cost down a little bit--there also was another same model on the showroom (keep in mind--end of month and end of quarter) going for $16,166 but it wasn't the color I wanted. Also the sales guy was a solid dude, so I wanted to help him out even though the finance guy was kind of a prick.

Can I get the standard info for 2015 Civic SE Automatic in NJ.

Also - any thought on the deal for the SE listed in Car Research above? ($159/mo, 36 mo., 12,000 mi,) + tax + tags. $2000 at signing. Basically seems identical to the offer I just got which was $179/mo with $2000 out the door (tax and tags pretty much account for the $20). The numbers seemed to add up based on the price and MF but wasn't sure if it seemed like a good deal. Always worry when I'm offered something that I see online but seems on par with the costs I'm seeing on TrueCar (which I know are usually a little higher than rock bottom but not bad).

36/12 numbers for the Civic SE Sedan in NJ are 59% and .00041.

I'm sure that some of that $2000 at signing is used as cap cost reduction - we don't recommend that. You should be able to negotiate a better selling price than the ad and get a similar payment with less money out of pocket.

Can you please provide numbers in S. Florida for Civic LX and EX 12k miles 36 month lease ? Also, can you please link me to an online lease calculator/ I am using leaseguide.com and the numbers are way apart.

None that I know of that are lease specific - use the "car research" tab at the top of the page to see all customer incentives.

New numbers to be released tomorrow ... if we're lucky, we'll have them then. Otherwise, perhaps later in the week.

Hopefully they are better, my dealer just quoted me $240 on and EX (MSRP $21,980) sign n drive 0 due for 35 months remaining 36k miles. Funny thing is he gave me the sale price of 18988 but then added $1196 tax ... which I know is wrong for Florida where we are not taxed for the whole car in the beginning. If I get him to agree on today's numbers. With $900 inceptions and $900 dealer cash evens out the inceptions, I should be able to get it at $184.60. I know that is almost impossible but hey, he posted me the sales price so lets see. I will be happy as long as its under $190.

That's right. The money factor is a bit better this month (0.00030 vs. 0.00041)

I have used Weymouth Honda's calculator for a number of years now for lease rates on Hondas... What I noticed is, that their MF changes for sign and drive lease from !st and fees due deals. The sign n drives is usually 0.00010 less than the other. I have noticed it for over a couple of months now. Could that be right ?

We don't have any current Honda information, so cannot confirm or deny the continuation of any dealer cash.

Dealer just called me. Dealer cash is now $1000. However he states the MF is 0.00041. for the EX 12k/36month S.FL.
Also, they want to charge, 699.95 dealer fee plus 599 dealer fee and then a 371 inception fees.... can they charge all of the above ? I am ok with one. not all

The $599 is probably the bank or acquisition fee - this is imposed by Honda Finance and cannot be waived. $700 dealer fee is pure profit (but typical) and you should be able to negotiate some or all of that away with a lower selling price. Not sure what the $371 represents ... ask the dealer for a full accounting.

When I ran your numbers, I got a payment over $250/mo, so your quote of $238 with taxes looks good by comparison.

Yes on document and acquisition...

True registration fees that are remitted to the government are not taxable, unless you live in a state that taxes the monthly lease payment and roll them into the CAP cost.

61% for SI w/o Nav; 59% if Nav equipped.

.00076 MF; .00066 if $0 due at signing.

Anything above 660 credit qualifies you for top tier; add .00080 if between 610 and 659.

Looking to lease a 2015 Civic CVT LX in Southern California. Would love to have residual value and MF on a 36/12k lease. Any lease cash available?

I also have a few quick questions on Honda lease incentives. Do these pre-built offers already have any available lease cash added in (ie I cannot further use utilize lease cash)? Can I apply a grad discount to the Honda incentives? I'm not able to find a clear answer, is there a standard disposition / return fee for Honda?
