I am not sure if I am getting a good deal. Any opinion?
We don't have the April numbers for GMC, yet.. But, that certainly seems like a reasonable deal for a $53K MSRP vehicle.
Thank you. The calculator on on edmunds shows I should be paying $505. I am confused now. Not sure if it will be worth the try to talk to the dealer on reducing it to that number.

If you could share the net cap cost number with us, that would help .. but, not knowing the current MF and residual the dealer is using will make confirming their payment difficult. What numbers are you using in the calculator?

When I plug your numbers into my spreadsheet, I get a pre-tax payment of $472.95, so your calculation of $505 (with tax?) seems a lot closer than the dealer quote of $550.

Obviously no one has a crystal ball, but any guidance/thoughts regarding whether to sign a lease on a 2015 Acadia SLT-1 AWD before the end of April and/or wait till May? Think incentives will be better then? Any major change in residual/MF? Thanks!
FYI, the numbers I've currently been given for 36mo/12k are 0.00045MF and 60% residual.

As we don't have any GMC numbers for April, and the May numbers won't be released until May, we have no insight or opinion on which month will be better to make a deal.
akssid, would you mind sharing what state your in and what dealership you made your deal at? That was a great deal! How are you liking your Acadia Denali?
I would appreciate any help with the following offer I received for a 2015 Acadia Denali:
MSRP: $53,000 Selling Price: $49,000 Rebates: $3,350 Bank Fee, Reg, Dealer fee, etc.: $1,287.00 (paid upfront with 1st month's payment) Residual: 56% Money Factor: .00045 Sales tax CT: 7%, because it's over $50,000 39 mos/15K per year
Was given a monthly cost of $555. When I calculate using these figures and adding the $1,287.00 fees into the lease, I get $507.25. Opinion on this deal? Thanks for your help!

I will do that. Thank you. If I roll the $1287 fees into the lease, I get a payment of $510.35. Do you think it is better to roll it in or pay them upfront with the first months payment? I guess you would save about $114 but I never like putting any money in when I start a lease. Do you think this is a good deal or could I do better?

Hi, can you give me the MF, RV and any lease incentives for the 2015 Acadia Denali please? Also, are the #'s the same for the SLT-1 and 2?? 36 month / 12K and 15K 39 month / 12K and 15K thanks in advance!

.00045 MF and 56% residual for 36mo, 15K/yr. $1550 lease cash. Subtract 2% for 39 months. Add 2% for 12K/yr.
Same numbers for SLT1 and 2, but the lease cash drops to $1300.
The MF does not match the 1.08% shown on this site, the selling price is high, the rebates seems low, the inception fees are high.
This is my first lease, would I have luck in talking these numbers down?
We show .00045 MF and 58% residual. $1550 lease cash. That's through GM Financial. Using those numbers, I get a payment of around $564.mo.+tax..
Not sure what's included in the $1950 inception.. a break down of that number might uncover some padding.. I'd think you could get more than 3% off MSRP, as well..
Hi, got a lease offer on a 2015 GMC Acadia SLT1, wondering if this is good deal.
MSRP: $41,745.00
Net Cap Cost: $34,718.68 (after GM Discount of $3,376.32 and incentives $3,650.00)
Lease Term: 39 month / 12K
Residual: 57%
Money Factor: .00108
Trade In: $28,700.00 , still owed $28,261.00
Tax: 7.25%
Fees: DVM $50.00
0 Down, 0 out of pocket
Monthly Payment: $417.00, (said it will go down $4 or $5 or so due to removing a $250 document fee on original quote)
Do these numbers look right? And does this seem to be a good deal?
I used the Edmunds and lease guide calculators and I came up with with $357 per month including taxes. Could you please tell me what your calculations show? I plan on questioning the dealership on the discrepancies, but wanted to make sure that my calculations are coming up right. Thanks in advance!
We don't have the July numbers to verify for GM, yet.
I have the numbers through end of August, for all GM vehicles. I can send them if you want, not sure how I got it, but it looks pretty official, about a 13mb size.

I am also looking for a SLT1 with Navi and have been quoted 449 with 1100 OOP, thats 39 months and 15k miles, So im very interested in the offer KUTZS received as I live in Florida and tax is cheaper. I currently have a GMC to give back with 275 remaining on the lease so that cant be the reason the price is ridiculously different. Please let us know if his #s are good so we have some more leverage, thanks

Inception fees: $1950
Monthly Payment $578 (plus tax)
The MF does not match the 1.08% shown on this site, the selling price is high, the rebates seems low, the inception fees are high.
This is my first lease, would I have luck in talking these numbers down?
That's through GM Financial. Using those numbers, I get a payment of around $564.mo.+tax..
Not sure what's included in the $1950 inception.. a break down of that number might uncover some padding.. I'd think you could get more than 3% off MSRP, as well..
