I'm noticing throughout this thread over the last 2 months the MF on a 2016 A6 P+ or Prestige (36/12) is ranging from .00026 to .00087, is the difference FWD vs. Quattro or 2.0T vs. 3.0T. That's a pretty big difference on the monthly payment.
I was just quoted .00087 and 57% (includes 1% Audi Care) on 2016 A6 3.0T P+ Quattro for a 36/12 lease. Also, got 5% of MSRP plus current Audi incentives thus I feel it's a pretty good deal but wondering if the MF will go down next week, month, etc.
Is there a certain date each month that the MF is adjusted or does it just happen when it happens?
BTW - you do a great job monitoring and responding to this board!

The current numbers state that they are valid through 7/1, but it's possible that the programs will be updated in June.
The range of MF is based on both FWD vs. Quattro as well as on engine type - 2.0T vs. 3.0T vs. TDI.
I am leasing, for 3 years and 36,000 miles, a 2016 Audi A6 Premium Plus with a MSRP of $63,225. I want to make sure I have the variables down before I present my offer to 3 local dealers.
Are the following correct?
1) Residual value 56% or 57% with Audi Care 2) The money factor is .00087 or 2.09% 3) The Audi direct incentives are $2,000 loyalty and I think another $750 (I saw this in an earlier post) plus the first month payment is paid by Audi. 4) I want to try and get 6% off MSRP which brings the cost to $59,432 or $567 over invoice. I have noticed comments on the board that between 4% and 6% off MSRP is a good discount range. Will they do it at 6% in your opinion (many variable here so I understand this is just a gut answer).
In addition I have a leased 2012 A6 which ends in October. The car is 8,300 under the mileage allowance. Have you ever heard of a dealer giving some type of credit for a desirable turn in? Car is in great shape.

1. Yes 2. Yes 3. Can't speak to incentives - use the "Car Research" tab at the top of the page to link to customer incentives 4. Never shopped in the $50K+ price range, so can't really answer that. You can use the pricing tools at the top of the page (make / model / year) to help establish pricing targets, or read back through the last page or two of this discussion to see what others have been able to negotiate as far as discounts go
Regarding the disposition of your current Audi lease, you need to determine the payoff (call AFS for that number) and a trade value - use the "Real World Trade in Values" discussion to get an opinion on that. If you have positive equity, you can use that to offset some of the up front costs of the new lease.
I recieved a quote for a 2016 A6 2.0 quattro. MSRP is 56,025 with a 6% discount off MSRP and 1,500 incentive the cap cost is 52,050. They are quoting a 2500 down and $686 a month (LA Tax of 9%). Does this look like a straight deal?

.00111 and 56% for 36 months, 7500 miles per year.
You may want to consider the Premium Plus trim level; residuals are 3% higher.

What trim level is this?
Its Premium Plus.
36/10 numbers on the 2016 A6 2.0T Quattro Prem+ are .00110 and 59%.
Using your MSRP and cap cost, I get a $0 out of pocket payment of $677.17, tax included. Somewhere there is $324 missing to account for the higher quote from the dealer, in addition to the $2500 down.
Get the dealer to fully account for the $2500 - there might be a hidden fee in there.
Great forum and thank you for your help in advance. Here's my deal so far - would you provide feedback on whether the numbers look correct, do you think I can get a better deal or is this a really good one.
2016 A6 P+, 3.0T Quattro 36/12 Lease Brilliant Black or Mythos Black S Line Package LED Light Package 20" Wheel Package Audi Care (+1% on residual)
MSRP $61,710 Negotiated Price $57,710 Minus $2000 Audi Loyalty Incentive Net Price $55,710
Monthly Payment including tax (CA) = $701/mo. ($649 base + $52 tax)
I have to admit that I'm still wondering how they will apply the $2000 Audi Loyalty. Do you know if they can take it straight off the negotiated price as they've indicated? I feel like they aren't giving me a 100% clear explanation on this, but I may just need to ask them to clarify.

Is this the best use of the $2000?
Thank you
.00026 and 53% are the current lease numbers. With the MSRP and net price you've provided, I get a pre-tax payment of $662/mo. Ask the dealer what the net cap cost is - might be different from the net price you were quoted.
Also, where is the acquisition fee and other start up costs - are you paying for those out of pocket? You can choose to use the loyalty incentive to cover those costs instead of lowering the selling price.
To confirm above, is the MF on a 2016 3.0T Quattro .00026 or is that for another model or year? Did it recently come down from .00087? If so, looks like the residual came down as well as I thought it was 56% and 57% w/ Audi care.
The acquisition cost is in the net price but I'm paying registration along with first month payment as part of my drive off. $0 money down.
I've asked the dealer to provide the Net Cap Cost - thanks for recommending that.
What is the MF and Residual on 2016 2.0T Quattro P+ with 36/12?

Ack - I did quote the 2015 numbers accidentally. 2016 3.0T Quattro Prem + is indeed .00087 and 56% for 36/12.
For the 2016 2.0T Quattro P+ I have .00110 and 58%
Per your question above - the residual on the 2016 A6 3.0T P+ Quattro - MSRP $61,710 and $57,710 is the Adjusted Cap Price per the dealer. How does this change things per my previous post?
Hi - received a new offer on A6 Prem+ 2.0 with an MSRP of 57655 including dest charge of 925.
52,388 selling price (cap cost) nothing out of pocket (1500 rebate residual value of 59% or 34,016.45 money factor of .00110 payment at 36 months/ 10k miles per year is 619 plus tax

I'm showing about $605/mo before tax - there's $500 extra buried in the dealer quote.
I've received a quote for a 2016 A6 Prestige 3.0T quattro. MSRP of 67,120 Net Cost of 61,872. 36 Months / 15K Miles per year Residual of 31546.40 Tax: 8.25% Quoted payment of $1115.21 including tax (didn't get MF). I calculate a money factor of about .00175, which feels high, or there are fees in there I'm not seeing?! Acquisition cost of $695 and other fees due at signing. What should the MF be in Chicago suburbs?

Base MF is .00087 and 51% residual. That doesn't agree with your residual, at all. If your MSRP is correct, then the residual should be $34231.20.
With my numbers, and your MSRP and selling price, I get $851/mo.+tax.
Either your MSRP or your residual is wrong. You need the true MSRP off the Monroney sticker. Not some addendum that the dealer has put along side. Resolve that, and we can try to figure out why the quote is so high. I would assume the money factor has been marked up.
Hello, Are the MF and RV numbers still the same now that Audi has announced its summer event? I am interested in the premium plus trim, 36 months/12K miles. Thank you!

Current Audi numbers were released at the beginning of May and are good until the end of June.
Thank you! I was at a dealer a few days ago and the sales manager told me that the numbers would usually change for the summer event. I am interested in the 2.0 and 3.0 quattro, 36 month/12K Thank you for your help. This website is really helpful.

I am looking at a lease for 36 months and 15k miles on a 2016 A6 3.0 quattro tiptronic with a sticker of $66,065 and sales tax of 6.25%.
Can you tell me what incentives I should get with this and what the RV and MF should be? Also, by the looks of the prior deals I should be aiming to get at least $5k total off sticker?

.00087 and 54% for 3.0T Quattro Premium Plus.
Not sure you can get that kind of a discount on the new 2016's -- perhaps $3-4K.
Thank you guys. I guess the finance person is either lying to me (said RV 47%) or trying to cover up somewhere else they are sticking me for an extra 2500 or so?
Interested in a 2016 2.0 fwd Pre + for 36/10 and 36/12 sell price is 52,000 which includes the owner loyalty of 2k. what would be the MF and RV and payment? thanks in advance

.00089 MF and 59%/58% residual for 36mo, 10K/12K per year.
Comments
If so, the money factor is marked up from the base MF of .00067
That alone is adding $32/mo. to your deal.

Thanks!
Not sure you can get that kind of a discount on the new 2016's -- perhaps $3-4K.

Dealer is allowed to inflate the MF but the residual is fixed by the bank.
