Hello! I am considering leasing the 2016 RX350 in SoCal. Any idea on the residual and MF for 36mo/18k year lease? Also, any incentives that folks are aware of? Thanks!

    I got offered MF of 0.00202 and residual of 58% at the local dealership. Also their take was that the vehicle should be at MSRP. Now I realize that the 2016s just came out but come on... What's a good cut at this point - something like invoice + $500?

    Really.. no clue. I'd lease a 2015 or wait until they are gone. The RX350 is a commodity vehicle for Lexus. They have to move a lot of them. I think once the 2015 option is gone, prices will drop quickly.

    This was the offer I received for a 2016 AWD $52k RX350 in NC
    64% Residual 36 Month 12k
    62% Residual 36 Month 15k
    MF .00255

    The money factor looks terrible in this offer. Is .00155 a national or regional offer for their tier 1 category?

    Kyfdx - Thanks for providing great info!
    Soazelectcar - my guess would be in the range of 60% for 36month 18k

    I don't have the residuals to confirm, but the dealer can't alter those, anyway.

    Yes, .00155 is the base rate... Looks like your dealer is going for broke, before comparisons start getting made on the web. Take a big pass.

    Don't see any incentives on this model.

    kyfdx,
    I am looking to replace my 2013 rx350 with a 2016 when the leasing factors become more favorable.
    I see on the pricing tool that it appears the dealers are already discounting the cost of the car by quite a bit considering the new model. However the leasing factors ( MF and Residuals) are not close to the other Lexus vehicles.
    Do you think this will change in December? If you know what are the factors now in South Florida for a low mileage 7,500 annual and 27, 30, or 36 month term?
    Thank you

    I was offered over 10% discount on MSRP.

    64% residual, 0.00083 reduced MF after $4,xxx refundable MSD.

    Around $430 /mo including all taxes and fees for a vehicle with MSRP $45,400 and $500 for MSRP $50,000.

    Seems like a great deal for a newly launched vehicle.

    10% off MSRP? WHERE?! I was at a bay area dealer tonight...looking at one with an msrp of 54,300 (ish). dealer only took 2,000 off. 64% residual for 12k miles.

    I am in New Jersey, multiple dealers are offering $4,000 to $5,000 discount.

    Residual is same, 64% for 12k/36 months.

    Anyone have new numbers for January? We stopped in to a lexus dealer in NY but they were right around MSRP for the exact model we looked at. But were more willing to take 500 - 1000 off MSRP for one without navigation.

    The exact model we looked at was w/ the navigation. Listed MSRP was 51970.
    Numbers they gave me for both 24/36mo and 12k miles:
    MF = .00160
    Res for 24 = 71% (36898)
    Res for 36 = 63% (32741.10)

    Do you guys have any dealer information on the guys in Jersey offering those large discounts on MRSP? I wonder if they can lease to NYS residents. Can anyone verify the dealer numbers they gave me I know they just changed today.

    Thanks!

    Hi. Does someone know 2016 RX450h's lease numbers for 36/12 in California? Thanks in advance.

    My local dealer gave me 0.00200/63% for 36/12. Is this right?

    here's the deal.

    MSRP $57,733

    Discount $3,728

    Discounted Price $54,005

    MF = .00200

    Res = 63% $36371.79

    CC = $56120.53

    Monthly payment with $0 downpayment $800 incl. tax.

    Base MF on the 2016 RX400h is .00150, so your dealer has marked that up. I agree with the 63% residual for 36/12.

    Using the .00200 MF, I get a payment of $734/mo + tax; with the .00150 MF, the payment drops to $687/mo + tax.

    $47/mo difference, or almost $1700 over the life of the lease.

    Might be time to reach out to another Lexus dealer. Can't hardly swing a lampshade in CA without hitting a Lexus dealer there.

    In NJ i received an offer of 5% off msrp on a $52,230 2016 rx350 with navigation. That made a lease payment of 596 with no money down. Upfronts and first month payment due at signing. Not bad but i haven't committed to it yet.

    Also, do you have details on the Lexus multiple security deposit program?

    Lexus MSD program allows 9 security deposits, each of which lower the MF by .00008

    A few questions. Thinking about leasing a 2016 FWD. I want the luxury package and levinson+nav, but NOT the panoramic moon roof and all the other bells and whistles. As configured, comes out to about 51K MSRP, but it seems like most of the cars on the bill of lading (dealer shows me this to tell me that what I want is just not available in my area - it shows all the shipments to SoCal which get allocated between all the dealers!) for SoCal are coming "marked up" with a ton of other options when you get luxury ranging from 58-61K! Can dealers order one with exact options and colors that I want, or are the options just a trap to get people to buy more car then they need?

    Second, which Mile/Duration combo for this vehicle will get me my lowest payment, the 36 Month/12K miles? What is the residual and MF for that?

    63% and .00160 for 36/12 on the RX350 FWD.

    Sounds as if you'll need to special order a car to get the exact equipment you want. Not all dealers are keen on doing this; you may have to reach out to several to find one that will work with you.

    Thank you Michaell. Lexus dealers are a dime a dozen here in Southern California so they are all pretty keen on competing, but the elephant in the room is the "trade in" and what they will do with it. Question on the residual %, does that include any options such as the luxury package?

    The residual is calculated against the bottom line number of the window sticker - base MSRP plus options plus destination.

    Michaell, in your personal experience, how accurate are residual numbers? We recently leased a 2014 prius for 2 years, and ended up being about $5000 upside down on the residual value. One of the issues that they said killed us is that the gas prices are so low and the new Prius model is out.

    Most captive finance companies have reason to keep residuals high, to keep payments low. Most are optimistic. If you intention is to buy the car, then don't lease first.

    Received a lease quote of $653/mo for a $52,119 MSRP and they knocked $2,927 off for the lease price. This is for a 36 mo 18k lease. I would pay the tax and tags out of pocket but the dealer threw in an acquisition fee of $700. I don't remember paying this in the past. MF was as stated on here of .00165 and residual of 61%. Monthly price seems high and I would have expected $4K off the msrp.

    Hi, can you please provide the MF and Lease Factor on a 2016 RX350 AWD for 36 months and 10K miles per year in state of PA? I live in PA right on the border of NJ - are the rates better in NJ and I should consider buying there instead? Thanks for your advice.

    .00165 MF and 64% residual. Rates are the same, all over.

    Sounds about right. Escondido Lexus quoted me the same payment for about the same MSRP. She said Lexus just isn't offering any good lease deals right now, maybe once the 2015s are all gone and sales slow down a little on the newly redesigned RX. $660.21/mo 48 months/1K down/10k per year - MSRP $54,389 - she did not specify what discounts they gave to come up with that payment.
