Can you please verify the money factor. I'm working with a lease broker in Los Angeles, the residual and the lease cash match your numbers, but she swears that she has numbers from Lexus Financial and the money factor is 0.00110.

Lexus numbers are regional, and we don't have the information for the western region, so it's possible the MF there is the .00110 that the broker is quoting.

However, I'd contact a few dealers directly to confirm.

Lexus offers 15K leases at a max. Extra miles are purchased up front at .20/mile, deducted from the calculated residual.

36/15 residual is 57%

I don't have specific money factors for California - the Lexus numbers are regional. I have one region at .00090 and another at .00110

$2450 lease cash.

12k residuals are 65% 59% 55% 50%

add 1% for 10k and 2% for 7.5k

Howdy, looking for MF and Residual on a 2016 ES 350 in Raleigh, NC. 36/12K

I saw in an previous post, somebody snagged an ES350 for $349/month including tax! How realistic is that?

Also any Incentives going on? Should I wait till December to Remember, is that the best time? I want to get on a cadence so that when my lease ends, I re-lease during the best time of year for incentives.

1 MSD reduces the money factor by 0.00008? And maximum is 9 MSDs for Lexus? And the minimum money factor is 0.00001?

Hello, I need to ask a bunch of questions:

Is there still a lease cash on ES350 in NJ this month?

How do you negotiate while knowing about the cash lease? For example, I usually negotiate the lowest sales price, apply money factor, residual, tax and arrive at monthly rate. With lease cash, would you negotiate for the lowest price and then ask them to apply lease cash back on top of that?

Finally, is there any way to avoid paying those dealer fees like doc fee, acquisition fee, etc...? Because the price you negotiate for doesn't include them, and then they tack them on top it when filling out the contract.

Yes, there is lease cash. Not sure of the exact amount in NJ; I see $2300 or $2500 in other regions.

Negotiate your best price, then apply the lease cash. Dealer, of course, will assume the lease cash is included in any offer they make.

Acquisition fee is imposed by the bank and cannot be avoided. Try to negotiate a price that mitigates the dealer fee.

I just found out there is such thing as lease pull ahead? Do you show if this program exists for ES 350 now? Also, a dealer just told me that there are no programs for 27 months now (as is the case with my current lease), and it would have to be 36 months. Is that true?

We don't have any information on the Lexus pull ahead program.

Lexus does show 27 month residuals for all its models - the MF is the same as for a 36 month lease. Not sure why your dealer would be reluctant to write up a new lease for you with that term.

My guess is because he gets a better commission on 36 month leases.

.00100 MF for the 300H, .00110 for the 350

63%/57% residual for 24/36 months, 15K/yr for either model.

For 18K/yr, the residual will be reduced from the 15K/yr number on a per/mile basis. Don't know what that number is, though.

.00110 MF and $2300 lease cash.

MSD stands for Multiple Security Deposit - it allows you to 'buy down' the MF rate.

Be advised that in GA you owe sales tax on the entire selling price of the vehicle. If you do not pay this amount up front, it will significantly increase your lease payment.

If you can get the MSRP and adjusted capitalized cost for the car in question, we can run the numbers for you.

What is the residual for a 39 month lease with 10k, 12k and 15k miles? Also, other than the ad valorem tax of 7% in Georgia, what other fees should I expect to see as part of the lease? 39/15 residual is 55%; same adjustments for 12K and 10K.

There is an acquisition fee of $700, a likely dealer fee of some unknown amount, and the DMV or registration costs.
