    Don't have NY numbers, but residual is 63%/60% for XLE/LTD

    Don't have your region, but MF should be .00001-.00020 range and residual is 64%.

    The $500 cash back offer may not be compatible with a lease.

    In Kentucky looking at a RAV4 SE AWD or a Hybrid Limited. 10K miles Can do 24 or 36 months whichever will be best. Do you have this info for a lease? Thank you in advance

    Asking for my dad who lives n Maine.  2016 Rav4 LE AWD.  36 mos, 15k miles.  What is money factor, residual %, and lease cash?  If you want to prebuy extra miles what is price per miles to reduce residual?  Do factors change in XLE?

    61% residual for 36/15.

    I don't have the specific regional numbers for New England, but I'm seeing money factors between .00001 and .00020 in other parts of the country.

    69%/63% residual for LE. Subtract 1% for SE.

    .00016 MF (or something close.. we don't have NJ numbers)

    No lease incentives.

    I am looking to lease a 2016 Toyota RAV 4 AWD LE with MSRP of $27995 in NYC. I will trade in my 2006 Honda CRV with a remaining balance of $5500.00 and the dealership will pay it off.

    The dealership in NYC gave me a qoute of $285.00/month with 1st month payment of 285 and DMV fees.

    12000 miles/36 months.

    Is this a good deal?

    If the $285 includes all taxes and fees, then it's a decent payment for a $28k vehicle.
