Sounds like you are going for the AWD with that price (and I only see three FWD LX models in our inventory for your area).
Yes, your quote is ~$700 below invoice but that's just average for a 98037 zip.
The problem you may run into is an ever decreasing selection. If you aren't picky about the color, then that's okay. I see 55 LX AWD models in stock and we likely miss a good many.
I guess if you aren't in a big hurry then hang out and renew your quotes in 2 weeks as we near the end of August.
There should be more incentives as the 2017s start arriving, and sales are slowing a little bit, but it's hard to predict how it's going to shake out.

Stever, great news! I got an OTD quote for the AWD CR-V SE today of $25,300 for zip 12020. I don't have the exact price breakdown but this is $200 cheaper than the price I had earlier and this was all done with online bartering.... I'm planning to buy a new 2016 CRV EX Urban Titanium in Las Vegas area. This is what I got from the dealer.

I've seen the following quote at many dealers over the years; I know it's meant to convey a sense of urgency, but there are times where it does apply:

@tliu2789, the TMV average for an EX FWD is $24,430. That's for a 89015 zip and you save around $50 on your color choice (white probably brings a premium there).
So your Eprice is nothing special and your doc fees are about $450 too high (that's typical but still irritating).
But, your dealer (smart dealer) is taking another $1,200 off the OTD price so I think you're golden. Go for it and enjoy the new ride!
DC/NOVA is good buying country for CR-Vs with aggressive dealer pricing.
Your selling price is ~$2,300 below invoice. That's good but first try $26,000 even OTD. For your area, it may even be worth it to shop the quote around. But you're doing fine as is.

Try to get all Honda dealers to match or beat accessory prices found on this website. These prices are as close to dealers invoice price on added accessories you could get.
@brian125, the "K-Man" is in Houston. Not a great buying area. But didn't we get a recommendation for a good Houston dealer in the last week or so? Or maybe it was one in Dallas. Can't remember if it was for a Civic or Accord or something else.

Okay for the CR-V (assuming FWD in TX), we show invoice of $25,459, MSRP of $26,895 and the TMV average is $24,874. that's with destination but no accessories (ditto on what Brian125 said).
Btw, our destination number is $900, not sure why the dealer whacked yours $20.
Ignoring the accessories and junk fees, your selling price is $23,648. So that's almost $2,000 below invoice which by itself is a really good number for Texas. But the rest of the fees are hurting the price.
Were in between two price changes right now with Destination charge and Invoice pricing getting bumped up on all 2016 models . Usually happens around this time of the year.

$24,409 + $900, right for us. When there's an ad fee it gets lumped into the total "invoice" price here and I often forget to mention that. The ad fee doesn't match the numbers you see at NADA and Cars.com though.
I don't use other guides and yeah, sometimes we get behind (or ahead) of other sites updating info. I bet we are in the middle of updating those pages.

Your car price is $1,600 below invoice. ($27,886) The TMV average price paid is $27,256 for your zip so you're a good bit under the average too.
California prices have gotten better but I don't think they are going to get much better than this.
I had the impression that you could get Costco pricing from Costco, but I never really looked into it. From skimming a back issue of the Costco Connection, it looks like your first step is to go to costcoauto.com and build a car. Once you do that and select a car, you still have to visit a dealer.
Before doing that, you may want to try getting an Edmunds Price Promise certificate and see what kind of number you get that way.

Unfortunately, not so great. I got the same vehicle a few weeks ago for $32,300 OTD in Westminster (that is also in the Baltimore area for the non-Marylanders). See my post on 7/22 for the details. This was a straight purchase with no trade-in and no dealer-installed options on the vehicle. I did also get the 0.9% financing since that was better than PenFed.

Yeah we went to the dealership yesterday and they said they couldn't do it. They said the lowest they can do for that model is 28201 otd. I actually thinking about going to LA to see what price they can do. Thank you for ur advice!!
