.00105 MF and 59% residual. $2700 lease cash + complimentary 1st payment. Yes.. always a percentage of full MSRP.
Residual is fixed. Money factor can be marked up for extra profit (the markup is negotiable). Selling price is negotiable.

$420/mo. looks cheap, especially with Texas taxes. It includes tax, right?
Thank you for your response, yes the $13,880 includes TT&L they will take the check and I'll take the car for 33 mos 33K miles .25 add'l miles over 33K with a $350 disp fee at termination if I walk away and do not re-lease with Lexus.

Thank You
.00110 MF and 58% residual $2700 lease cash + complimentary 1st payment. $436/mo. with base MF and that CAP cost
Thank You. What about $700 acquisition fee, is that typical and likely to waive?
Yes.. it goes to the bank. You can't get it waived without an increase to the money factor. You can either pay it upfront, or roll it into the CAP cost.
24/15 numbers: 350 - .00105 and 61%. $2700 lease cash and complimentary first payment 300h - .00110 and 61%. $2800 lease cash and complimentary first payment
Can you pl. provide the following for 2016 ES 350 in Atlanta, GA
September's updated RV & MF
Is there any lease cash offer now?
Can we get acquisition fee waived?
Thanks In Advance.

.00110 MF and 55% residual for 36/15 $2700 lease cash No. It's $700
.00110 MF and 58% residual.
Dealer service fees are just more revenue for the dealer. You don't get anything for that.
I don't see the first payment waiver on the current program. If they still have it, it's a rebate from Lexus. It's hard to get dealer fees removed.. just gripe about it, and ask them to lower the price to make up for it.
Thanks so much for the response... got $3900 dealer discount in addition to $2700 for a $42K MSRP. .. also - is there a Disposition Fee? can it be negotiated?

Lexus Finance has a $350 disposition fee - will be waived if you lease another Lexus - other than that it is not negotiable as far as I know.
By the way, that looks like a pretty good deal.

Good evening, I am in the middle of negotiations for a new 2016 ES 350 lease 3 yr/12k miles with $0 down. My current 2014 ES350 lease expires on October 7. I have contacted three local dealers and they are offering me the mid level package (base model plus the safety package) for $479 per month and requiring first payment. I'm in the process of asking each for the cap cost, the money factor and the residual (most are using 58%) plus the $2700 rebate from lexus. In the past 4 leases I have heavily relied on this site and all of you to help me secure a great deal. This time, I am in the middle of a move, and a stressful time at work and for the life of me cannot get the figures together. I am tempted to just to and take the $479 deal. Any comments or suggestions? I am in central florida. This weekend I will look into the numbers further but just wanted to get an opinion. Thanks in advance.

Not sure how the market is in FL currently but here's the deal we got last month in SoCal on a Lux pkg, atomic silver, with msrp of 47,015.
$425/mo incl 8% tax, 36mo/10k miles, $1k due at signing, and Lexus Finance waived the last two payments on our 2014 IS350. The deal included the $2700 lease cash and complimentary first payment as rebate taken off the cap cost.
Good luck - hope this helps.

Not sure how the jersey market compares to yours, but I leased a 2016 ES350 3yr/12k miles w/48k sticker for $428 a month (including all tax, title, tags, fees). First payment waived, and only 9 MSDs (refunded at end of lease) paid at signing.

36/12 numbers are 57% and .00095. 58% is for 36/10.
Once you get the figures, come on back and we'll run the numbers.
Take your time - you've got a few weeks still to make your next deal and it isn't something you should rush into.
sorry one more Option 3: msrp $42734 cap cost 38033.26 sales tax 2380.31 tag and registration: 298.75 tire battery fee $8.50 Dealer service fee $699.95 Balance due $41,420.77
offer is $479 per month with 1st payment due at signing.

The 36/12 residual is 57%, not 58%. Dealer cannot modify the residual set by Lexus Finance.
I would confirm the residual and miles per year with these dealers.
One last thing - sales tax on a lease in Florida is assessed against the monthly payment, so I don't agree with the numbers from option 3. I'm guessing that this is an AutoNation dealer? They are famous for mixing purchase and lease information on the same quote to confuse the buyer.
Using the 57% residual for each option, and using the selling price as the cap cost, I calculate the following payments:
Option 1 - $455/mo before tax Option 2 - $465/mo before tax Option 3 - $439/mo before tax
36months/10k = $446 9MSD's = $4500 or $4050 ?? RV = 58% MF after MSD's = 0.00013
Both are Zero out of pocket with tax everything rolled in. This is in Ohio with a sales tax of 6.5%
How good of a deal are they both??
The cap costs don't include the taxes and fees - Ohio taxes the sum of the payments and collects it up front, so if this is a true "sign and drive" lease, that amount (plus the other fees) would be added into the selling price.
Get the adjusted cap cost with all the taxes and fees rolled in.
Michaell, thank you for the response, and yes two of these are autonation dealers. So, assuming I call them out on the residual and they modify it. What would be an acceptable payment range? the ones you listed? Should I go back to them with those numbers?
