Wow, drastic difference from a few months ago on the residual value for the exact same truck except a 2016. Can you tell me which trim levels are holding the best residual for the same cab in a 4 x 4 at 36/15?

Ah, but the MF is higher on those trim levels, to offset.

For example, the 36/15 residual on the Laramie crew cab is 53%, but the MF is also .00053.

We were seeing .00008 and 59% on Express Crew 4x4 at 36/15, that's a huge difference from where it is now, or am I calculating things incorrectly?

For December, we are showing:
.00002 MF and 51% residual for 36/15
.00002 MF and 56% residual for 39/15.

Located in NY

Wow thanks. Ram lease deals are not what they were 2 years ago. I leased my current 2015 express crew 4x4 in March of 2015. The Residual for 24m/12k was 66%. Now the best residual truck(Laramie) for 24m/12k is 59%.

It's possible Chrysler Capital was tired of taking losses on lease returns when the market value was thousands lower than the residual value in the lease.

It's a bit of a balancing act, trying to figure out the right residual values.

Between .00002 and .00026, though some trims use the standard MF of around .00200

Residuals vary between 55% and 67% for 24/15. 27 month numbers not competitive this month.

No information on any Ram incentives for January.

No prediction as to what might happen in the future.
